While at an auction, Leslie sees Battlecry.She asks her father to bid on him and he does but later wonders if he made a big mistake. Join Leslie as she helps Battlecry. I love the part win he wins the first race. The very end of the book touched me. Beautiful, beautiful book.

Review: I love this book! I read it and re-read it about a million yime and I still cry at the end. I think that this book maybe should have been in the TB series, but it was still a very well written book.This book was soo emotionall. It capture you so you felt like it was you there. I strongly recomend it to all the TB readers. It's definatly worth reading!

Review: I Loved "Battlecry Forever!" It is one of the best books that I have ever read of Joanna Campbell outside of the Thoroughbred Series! I cried for about an hour after I read it for the first time! I definitely reccomend this book!

Summary: Great book w/ a Sad ending
Review: I loved this book so much. I wanted to keep on reading. At the end of the book I started to tear up because I thought how bad I would feel If I lost my horse. The ending was sad yet happy because Battle died doing what he loved. Also another sad part was when samantha started crying. I kept on expecting him to wake up even after the vet came.

I didn't realize it untill I read this and started the regular series ova and got to number 5, then I started crying. Of course I waz crying at the end of this one. Very good. I loved the connection. Review: I loved thod book it is my favorite of the series, I cried in the end. If there was a horse with heart like that it would be awesome. I hope there will be more like this... but not so sad!

Summary: Battlecry is great, but is this realistic?
Review: I read the Thoroughbred series when it first came out, and I liked Ashleigh as a character for her guts. But I quit reading once Joanna Cambell was replaced; the voice just wasn't the same, and it seemed the new writer was breaking the horses down just to keep the plot going. As a horse lover, I'm not real fond of racing anyway...its too stressful on the animals. But Battlecry is a good one--I cried at the end, and I have read it several times since. For once the characters are real in their insecurities and their choices. This is no match for Karle Dickinson's The Forgotten Filly, though. And the Thoroughbred line has gone downhill. (I mean, how likely is it that Ashleigh stayed with Mike since she was like 14?)

Review: I think that in my personal opinion Battlecry Forever is a brilliant book. It includes loads of different feelings happiness, sadness, excitment and a few more. This book is the type of book that once you have started it you just cant put it down. I have read this book over and over again and never get bored of it. I love horses and find this book thrilling and exciting but cant help crying when Battle dies. I thought that was very tragic but made the ending good. This book by far is the best book I have ever read and will keep reading it for a long time.
