Summary: Adventure across five generations
Review: Of course I am going to rate this book outstanding because it is the story of my parent's life and therefore mine as well. It may lack the flare of a famous person accomplishing a monumental task, but it shares history from an individual point of view. I wish more parents and grandparents would write their life story. 'Abiding Love: A loves journey into the Millennium' shows how life never really stops happening. Many times people say, 'When I get through this crisis, then I'll be able to do such and such.' My mother just lives and accepts what happens along the way. My mother allows us to see her as a daughter, a wife, a friend, and how she preceived herself as a mother. This is my mother's second book. Her first, 'Saga into the Twentieth Century' reveals my mother and father's family and how the two lovers met. This book has been enjoyed by the older generation of the twentieth century. My mother began to write when she was 73. She finished this book Christmas of 2001. She left on the greatest journey of all on May 16th, 2002. We will miss her so very much, but she gave us herself. Thank you for reading my review.

Review: Ok so I am a little biased. This is my grandmother and if you read the review for the first book, then you know who I am. I love these books and I loved helping her with them. Louise has a way of putting words into a book to make you feel like you are there with the characters. I love feeling like a part of the story. She was a wonderful woman and had a way with people. Everyone that met her loved her. I don't think there was one person who didn't like her. She was soft and caring and loving. She was the best. She passed away in May and her wish was to have her sequal to the first book done and on the shelves. Well she accomplished that and she will be missed forever. Please enjoy both of her books and pass them along to your children. Maybe it will inspire someone in your family to write a book like these. They are wonderful to have in the family and you even might learn something about family members that you didn't know. ( I learned alot about my grandfather through these books. he he he he) Please buy and enjoy, you will love them as much as we do
