Rating: Summary: WOW Review: This book blows you away with its raw emotion. So many twists and turns. I read this book so fast, I didn't even have time to think about what was going to happen next- which is good because the events unfolded unpredictably. I was left with my jaw open on several occasions. Even though the book is entirely in first person the narrator -being nameless throughout- her emotions are crystal clear! Fortunately we are let in on other characters thoughts and feelings through, e-mails, and IMs, the narrators chance encounters, or private conversations and of course her to-the-point-questions!!!!!This story is totally believable, it is apparent that people who are strangers can have an instant bond when thrown together in tragic times. Page 142 is shockingly erotic yet brief, very though provoking stuff- be careful if you happen to stumble upon this page in public. EJD leads the reader to all the clues, but still I (like all the characters in the book) ignored them, and was stunned by the turn the book takes. It was hard for me to remember that the author is male- he was clearly able to zero-in on all of a woman's moods, emotions, tones and complexities. The end was slightly disappointing. I really wanted to see the answers to those questions.... An epilogue would have been nice. Overall this is a great book, not a book to pick up from the library, this is a book to have on your bookshelf in the event you are in the same situation, and you need some help creating your own questions!!! I especially loved the way that EDJ makes references to his old characters- just a snippet or two to let the readers know that they are alive and thriving (Tammy from Cheaters, Kim from MIMC).
Rating: Summary: good but could've been better Review: One thing I can say about this book is you will not be able to put it down. I kept reading because I just couldn't wait to find out what happened in the end.Could've been alot shorter if it wasn't filled with so many details.
Rating: Summary: All the way live! Review: I am a big fan of EJD. "The Other Woman" was one of his better books. It has lots of interesting plot twists and the ending will be a big suprise to future readers. I am half-way done with "Naughty or Nice." It is very hot! I find it hard to put down.

Rating: Summary: Real Good Book Review: I listened to this book on audio. I really enjoyed it, it was very real and extremely enjoyable. I personally think this book is a winner, you can't lose.
Rating: Summary: One of his best Review: First, I have read all of Eric Jerome Dickey's books and this is by far the best. You have a great mixture of emotions going on throughout the entire book from happiness to revenge to tragedy. You will not be able to put this book down from start to finish. Eric out did himself on this one. It is a definite must read.
Rating: Summary: Intriguing Read Review: As usual, Mr. Dickey writes a book that you will be able to relate to in some way. "The Other Woman" shows how infidelity may lead to total destruction. Everything starts with Charles and Jessica (both married to other people) begining an affair and Jessica's husband, David, finds out. Her infidelity causes David to start his revenge against Charles, where he (Charles) learns how it feels to have someone to break up his marriage. This book has twists and turns that ultimately ends in tragedy. As the reader, you may start thinking about how bad choices could disrupt your life in the worst way. "The Other Woman" is a good read and I would definitely recommend the book to my friends.

Rating: Summary: EJD's Best Work By Far!!!!!!!!! Review: I purchased this book less than a week ago and I read it in one day. It is absolutely wonderful. I have read all of Eric Jerome Dickey's books so far with the exception of "Naughty or Nice" and this is his best work by far!! He not only writes in a manner that makes you feel that you are right there with the characters, but he writes in a manner that he is eduating you as well. If you are concerned about your marriage and if your mate is cheating...this is definitely the book to read. He will make you look twice at the things that are going on in your household, that you may never even have noticed had you not read this book. Can't wait to read Naughty or Nice!!!!!
Rating: Summary: One of EJD's best Review: I love all of EJD's books. For a long time I thought that he could not top "Friends and Lovers" but "The Other Woman" is right up there with it. I love how he keeps you guessing in this book. I also love how he exploits the concept of adultery and what it does to a marriage. It was great! You will not be able to put this book down and you will pay more attention to the day to day activities in your marriage.
