Summary: Despite what anyone else may think...
Review: ...I loved this book. I purchased the book (along with the prequel and sequel and about three others of hers) when I was actually looking for another of Michaels's books (the incomparable tale of The Most Honorable Banning Talbot, Marquess of Daventry, and Prudence "Angel" MacAfee from "Passion of an Angel", which I did find and purchase as well, bringing the total to seven). Reading the books sequentially (Homecoming, Untamed, Promise), I found the tale to be very involving. After having read thirty of Michaels's books, I think I can say with some authority that this is one of probably, in my humble observation, one of her top five books.
