Summary: Style and cultural insights mark this romantic novel!
Review: The author delights us with her tour of that little bit of France in New Zealand, the Banks Peninsula. Combining romance, adventure and independence, Ms Summers takes her heroine on a journey across the world to trace her roots and clear her grandfather's name of a long ago disgrace. The author writes romances in a wonderfully literate way, with an understanding and appreciation for literary style and grace.

Summary: Truly, a romance author that writes romance, not sex!
Review: To Bring You Joy is one of Essie Summers best. She takes agirl on the brink of a new life, then adds a knight in shining armor who whirls into her life, takes it by storm, and disappears, only to reappear in another place and other circumstances, flaming mad at her! What happens and how they work it out is heart-warming and romantic. A feel-good book.
