Rating: Summary: A SURE FIRE WINNER Review: A FANTASTIC STORY. DESTINED TO BE A BEST SELLER. THIS IS DEFINITELY MOVIE MAKING MATERIAL.
Rating: Summary: Passion and Intrigue Review: Chelten Manor appealed to me on so many different levels. Set in the Philadelphia, PA region, I recognized familiar landmarks to which the author referred. This lent an authentic flavor to the interactions of the characters; some whom I found appealing and some exceedingly distasteful. The mark of a talented writer; one who can make the characters leap from the page, their vulnerabilities and demonic mannerisms intact. The 'bad guys' are really bad in this one! A beautiful, deceptively frail looking heroine; a dapper, romantic, married paramour and an abusive husband meet on the stage of life and the result is unexpected. A touch of sensuality permeates the story....the ice cube scene alone is worth the 'price of admission'. A great read for those who like their romance novels with an intelligent flair and believable dialogue.
Rating: Summary: WOW Review: Great book, it hit the spot and was very enjoyable to read twice@! The
Rating: Summary: Never A Dull Moment Review: Just 4 chapters into "Chelten Manor" and we are introduced to 3 colorful locations - London, Italy, Philadelphia with characters of diverse backgrounds and then brought together. The writer has a keen ear for the dialect of these different places. What's best is that it's exciting and a fast moving plot which is never dull. I'm looking forward to reading more books by Donna Dvorak and I would like to thank her for givng her talent to the world.
