Review: When I started reading this book, I thought I was snuggling down to read a nice romance story. I should have had a clue there was something different when I read the poem that starts the 1st part. By the time I'd read almost half the book (in one sitting!), I was caught up in the story but really couldn't figure out why. When I finished the book, I felt strange. Yes, there was the romance I'd been looking for. There was also something else. A couple of days later, I just had to go back to look for the something else. I was sure it was there but I couldn't put my finger on it. That's something I don't do very often. Now I know, this is a book that carries messages. It has its own way to touch people in special ways, especially now with all that's going on in the world. It's almost as if the author saw in advance some of our current problems before they happened. The spiritual aspect of the book is also unique. This book touched my own spirit like nothing I've read in ages. There are important lesons for all of us but it's not like getting a lecture or a sermon. I even told some of my friends about it and they're reading it now. So far, they're reacting just like I did. I can say one thing for sure. This is a book well worth reading. I read it and I'm reading it again.
