Summary: Wow!
Review: I've read all Maggie Price's books and this is the best one yet! The plot twists and turns like a python with lumbago and the romance will sizzle the ends of your eye lashes! Don't miss it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Superb romantic suspense with DEPTH
Review: My review:
This is a superb romantic suspense novel with things happening on many levels. There is the mystery that Grant and Sky are trying to unravel and there is their thwarted relationship he wants to move forward and her tortured past they need to overcome.
Sky was brutally raped in college - her journey past fear to happiness and Grant's acceptance of her and his feelings of love and protectiveness for her are gut wrenching and believable. Maggie Price writes complex characters who are developed as multi-dimensional human beings. In my opinion she is one of the best writers in the Silhouette Intimate Moments line and I can not wait until she goes to mainstream fiction and longer length books!

Storyline info:

ON DANGEROUS GROUND - Maggie Price

FIRST COMES MURDER...
Grant Pierce and Sky Milano. They were a formidable team, the
homicide detective and the forensic chemist. Once Grant had
wanted their partnership to be more, but they'd tried romance
-- and failed.

THEN COMES MARRIAGE?

Murder brought them together. A homicide in which the sole
suspect was a man sitting on death row. The confounding case
landed their careers on the line, while their irrepressible
attraction made confronting the past inescapable... and
becoming lovers unavoidable.

Summary: A terrific story, well told.
Review: Whoever said it's not a question of IF Maggie Price goes mainstream, but WHEN, is absolutely correct, and I hope it's soon. This is a great read from a talented writer. Wonderful hero/heroine, emotional intensity, excellent writing, believeable situations and responses, and a good, suspenseful plot to hold it all together. I really enjoyed this book, and I look forward to finding her previous books, as well as to her future works. Don't let the fact that this is a category romance keep you from buying, and enjoying, this book.
