Rating: Summary: On Any Terms,This Romance is The Best! Review: Mistress on His Terms is an exciting and captivating romance. The characters are fully delineated and so true. The plot is developed skillfully. And what descriptions of scenery, storms, the mansion and grounds, delicious meals best of all the exquisite lovemaking. This book is a master piece of sensuality. The main plot of Lily and Sebaastian's romance thwarted by her misunderstood history is like a mystery revealed. This is the best of Catherine Spencer's many fine romances. I am really excited about her next novel due in December! Billie in Georgia

Rating: Summary: Mistress on His Terms is The Best Review: Synopsis: Sebastian Caine clearly mistrusts Lily, but that doesn't stop him desiring herĀ - or passionately seducing her as soon as possible! It's true that Lily does have a secret. But she's determined that Sebastian will trust her on her terms before she'll reveal anything. Or she'll only ever stay his mistress.... This is a great quick read! Lily is a great character and Sebastian...like all men eventually come around. I like the Harlequin presents series books because there doesn't seem to be any limits. Rating: Summary: A surprisingly good book. Better than I thought. Review: The actual plot of this book is that Lily is the biological daughter of Hugo, Sebastian's stepfather. After her parents die, Lily finds out that the man she had thought to be her father was actually her adopted father and that Hugo lives on the other side of the country. She goes to visit and doesn't get off to a great start with Sebastian. He is a lawyer who feels deeply loyal to his stepfather and is suspicious of Lily's motives. Nonetheless, they feel attracted to each other and even after they consummate their attraction there are obstacles to overcome. Sebastian seems like a jerk in the beginning but when he starts to feel helpless towards his feelings for Lily he becomes more human. Especially when he tries to persuade Lily to not take tests to see if she may be eligible for a kidney donor when Natalie, their mutual sister might need one. He says its because he loves her too much and can't handle losing her on top of losing his sister. Talk about keeping it in the family and all but he is really crazy about Lily.
