Rating: Summary: Not particularly well done, but sex sells! Review: Laura Bradley has created a slow moving story with characters of questionable motivation. Full of short, choppy sentences, this story was like a ride in rush hour traffic. Go. Stop. Go. Stop. It took days just to read the first 20 pages. The story didn't hold my attention and I found I didn't care what happened to the characters. I just wanted the book to end. One of the worst novels I've read in years. I wasn't impressed.
Rating: Summary: Couldn't put it down. Can't wait till the next bradley book! Review: Plot full of thrills and chills; characters I fell in love with. I wanted to have coffee with Miranda and a candlelight dinner with Cole. Please, Ms. Bradley, a sequel?!

Rating: Summary: TRY IT. YOU'LL LOVE IT IF YOU LIKE MYSTERY AND ROMANCE. Review: This is my first published novel. Set on San Antonio's Riverwalk, it tells the story of a disillusioned TV-reporter turned-private eye, Miranda Randolph. She's hired by a nightclub owner to find out who's blackmailing him. Cole Taylor is the nightclub's blues singer; dangerous and sexy, he's the number one suspect. She finds her past and Cole's inextricably linked, and she must uncover the evil force behind it all before it marks her as the next victim.
"Steamy and sultry. Fantastic!" - Martha Hix, award-winning author
"Hot!" -JoAnn Young, reader
"Laura Bradley arms her capable, intelligent PI heroine with a potent sense of paradox and a ballistic attraction to the man she should consider the main suspect. A finely crafted plot explores various liaisons and speaks perceptively of the acute need for trust in relationships." - Gerry Benninger, Romantic Times
"One for the keeper shelf." -Pamela James, Literary Times
My next book from Scarlet will be out in September...a kindergarten teacher sets out to avenge the murder of her supermodel sister.
Rating: Summary: I couldn't put it down!! Review: When I saw that Wicked Liasons had made the finals in the Holt Medallion (not once, but twice!!!) I couldn't wait to get this book. After reading this wonderfully written and suspenseful book, I now understand why it made it as a finalist for Best First Book for the Holt Medallion. If you want a psychological book of mystery, then you WANT this incredible treat by Laura Bradley. Bravo, Ms. Bradley, I can't wait for the next novel.
