Summary: This is a great contemorary romance
Review: For the past decade, photographer-writer Annie Beckett has researched the 1832 Black Hawk War in Wisconsin. She has concentrated her efforts on a Lieutenant Hudson labeled a traitor by the Army, but she feels she has uncovered evidence that casts doubt on the charge. Annie needs to visit Black Hawk's Hollow to substantiate her feelings. She corresponds back and forth with the present owner of Black Hawk's Hollow, Rurik Magnusson. He reluctantly agrees to allow her to conduct her investigation on his farm.

From the first time they see each other, Rik and Annie feel a strong attraction to one another. That initial enticement begins to turn into love. However, she has been running around the country and settling down on a rural Wisconsin farm appears anathema to her wanderlust. He was burned by the desertion of his former wife for his friend. Thus, this couple linked by a hundred-sixty year old mystery will most likely break up when her inquiries end.

Award winning Michelle Jerott follows up her sensational debut novel (ABSOLUTE TROUBLE) with a wonderful contemporary romance enhanced by historical elements. The exciting story line is filled with modern day tension between the lead protagonists as well as an Americana historical mystery. Rik and Annie are the odd couple whose love will need to burn strongly if they are to overcome their radically different natures. Ms. Jerott has written another winner that will leave her audience reading ALL NIGHT LONG in one sitting.

Summary: A Great Read
Review: I am an avid reader and when a book grabs me and holds me from start to finish I know it is a winner. I loved Michelle Jerott's "Absolute Trouble" and this is even better. I did not put it down until I finished it. A wonderful mixture of an old mystery and new love. Sexy, fun, great characters. I can't wait for her next book.

Summary: A quick, satisfying read!
Review: I bought this book after reading some of the reviews of other readers. The cover really didn't do the book justice. The two people on the cover are nothing like Annie and Rik. They were very down to earth characters. I think Annie would make a good friend. I really liked her sense of humor. If you want to read a good love story with a bit of little-known history thrown in, I highly recommend All Night Long.

Summary: Just an okay read for me
Review: I found this book, at times, very slow. The mystery was unusual, but not really solved. The couple was very likeable; but, the romance does not develop. I also had problems with Jerrot's inconsistencies on several of the storylines. She doesn't know what to do with Rik's daughter; and, you're not real sure why she bothered with inserting her in the plot. Ms. Jerrot didn't know what to do about the subject of birth control either. Each love scene, seems to cover it differently. I also had a problem with a horseback ride that the couple take. While behind Rik on a horse, the heroine describes seeing sweat roll down Rik's throat. Physically, I don't believe this is possible. Is it poor editing? It seems a sexy book like this one, will be appreciated whether there are weaknesses or not.

Summary: An excellent book
Review: I loved Rik and Annie's story. Not only was the romance as intense as can be, there was a true feeling of reality with this book, unlike so many contemporary romances today. I could relate to this hero and heroine as if they were people I really knew. From the moment they meet the chemistry between them is tangible to the reader, and I was drawn in at once. I felt as if I were there in the story with them, through the ups and downs, and to the touching ending.

The secondary element in the book is exceptionally well done and equally intriguing. The letters from Lewis to his sweetheart and mother are so well-written I had wondered for a time if they were authentic. Ms. Jerott's prose is masterful, her dialogue superb, and the sensuality top-notch. This is a book for the masses. Enjoy!

Summary: Enjoyable
Review: I really enjoyed reading this book. I got hooked on Michelle Jerott after reading Absolute Trouble. The two main characters are well developed and realistic. I do have to agree with some of the other reeaders the secondary characters are not well developed, but that doesn't take anything away from the storyline bewteen Annie and Rik. I also enjoyed the story about Lewis Hudson. Also this was such a refreshing book, i didn't have to read about any tall dark handsome/ rich hero. I am looking forward to this authors next book.

Summary: A unique blending of past and present!
Review: I really enjoyed the way the book started out with the prologue and letters about the search for the truth concerning the death of a soldier that took place over 150 yrs. ago.The blending of Annie's and Rik's love storywith the old letters at the beginnings of the chapters made this a story of many moods and emotions. I felt very peaceful while reading about Rik's beautiful land and way of life and the addition of Annie to make it complete.A terrific read!I eagerly await her next book.

Summary: Exciting, suspensful, and romantic.
Review: I really enjoyed this book. I loved the 2 main characters, Annie and Rik. It told a good story with enough romance, and suspense to keep me turning the pages. It was one of those books that you felt happy after reading it, although I didn't want it to end. I LOVED the romance between Annie and Rik. It was happy, silly, passionate, and erotic all in one. I will be reading more of Michelle Jerott's books in the future.
