Rating: Summary: Disappointing Review: ...because it was sooo refreshing to see a romance novel about adults who were so unflinchingly honest with each other, and a heroine who was sexually experienced and so open and honest about sex. I wish other authors would learn that you can create tension and confict without resorting to the worn-out, overused "misunderstanding" or "failure to communicate" plot device. The reason I couldn't give this book a higher rating was because the secondary characters should have been written with more depth and, frankly, the sex scenes were disappointing, especially after the terrific, delicious build-up.

Rating: Summary: highly disappointed Review: After reading the other reviews, I was highly disappointed with this book
Rating: Summary: Great book Review: All Night Long by Michelle Jerott was a wonderful romance, quite different from her earlier book Absolute Trouble. The mystery was intersting and the romance was HOT! Rik made me think of a younger Robert Redofrd.
Rating: Summary: If you like your characters to breathe, read Michelle's work Review: All Night Long is just another example of Michelle Jerott's talent for storytelling. I had no trouble connecting emotionally with the hero and heroine, Rik and Annie or with what previous situations drove them. The dialogue is snappy and as realistic as it gets. If you're looking for a book where the characters are so real, they could join you for lunch - then pick up All Night Long or Michelle's first book, Absolute Trouble. Both are worth the purchase price. I can't wait for her next book!
Rating: Summary: Men may be from Mars, but we know what we do to them... Review: All Night Long is one heart-thumping, passionate read! It is definitely not for the faint of heart. Nor is ANL the type of book for those that are offended by straight forward talk about sex and the feelings that arise from wanting someone in a goooooood kind of way. Ms. Jerott delivers characters that are able to stand on their own, and offers supporting characters that don't get in the way of the story but instead add to it's spice and build. Annie and Rik are HOT! The feelings that the writer shows them expressing for one another are right on the money. There is nothing watered down here. It is exciting to know the thoughts that go through the mind of a man like Rik, whether about Annie's clothing, her perfume, her movements... It allows the readers to do a little experimenting of their own to see what kind of reaction will be gained. Men may be from Mars, but Ms. Jerott shows us what our actions really do to them!
Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: Annie Beckett visits Rik Magnusson's farm in order to finishher book about a lost soldier. From the first time they set eyes toeach other oh, the attraction is there. Both tries to hold back firstsince Rik is still in anger after his best friend stole his wife while Annie is not sure about a permanent relationship when her job forces her to run around to almost anywhere. But the attraction is too hot to handle. This book was totally enjoyable. I loved every minute of reading it. One scene that I loved was when Rik brought her daughter, Heather, and her friends to the mall...it was very funny imagining it. A man at the women's area surrounding with female teenagers....It was worth it!

All Night Long is a daring departure for the author, as she tackles a slower-paced story totally different from her brilliant debut Absolute Trouble. She demonstrates versatility in her writing and storytelling skills - All Night Long is sexy, full of sexual tension, and will keep you reading thanks to her wonderful characters. Ladies, prepare to fall in love with Rik : )
Rating: Summary: Annie, You Go Girl! Review: Annie is determined to solve the mystery of the soldier who died on Rik's property long ago. Rik is a sexy, stubborn farmer/rancher who wants no part of Annie's research. Annie comes to Rik's place even though she hears a message from him as she is leaving saying that he wont be available to help her. And thank God she does! Rik is a sexy man with a tainted heart and Annie teaches him what it is to love again. She helps him learn to understand his daughter and get over the pain his best friend and his wife put him through and gives him everything he thought he never wanted again--true love. They solve the mystery and live happily ever after, what else could a romance reader ask for?
