Review: a very good book on scotland in the medievil times . a story of two clans and the difficult times ,jonet maxwell is a lonly but lovely girl lost in choas of danger and made more difficult when she meets her uncle's most dangerous enemy alexander hepburn who holds her hostage but falls in love ,but still try's to clear his father's name. they become allies of a dangerous truce.

Summary: A magnificient love story
Review: I have to say that this book was really entertaining. I can't stop to read it over and over again. The story is about Jonet Maxwell, a heiress, that becomes involved in a sensual adventure when she mets up with Alexander Hepburn, the sexy revengeful spy. Jonet was looking for her uncle that had been accused of treason. The Douglasses(bad guys) came to their land and prisoned her. She escaped to find herself imprisoned into another jail. Love. Alex had a conflict w/ Jonet's uncle, a long time ago and seeks revenge and tries to use her for his own purposses. But at the end he regrets everything and let himself light up again by the green-eyed lass that stole his heart. If you want action, adventure, romance, sensuality, and drama you just found the perfect book. You'll keep reading it over and over again like me.
