Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I love this book!
Review: I have read and re-read this Regency, something I almost never do. Emma Lange is very good at making the characters realistic and sympathetic. When Gillian falls hopelessly for a man with a bad reputation who she believes scorns her for a "green girl" you will fall right along with her. The Irish Rake is of course more honorable than he seems and his efforts to resist taking advantage of someone he could "seduce without half trying" really show Gillian what a hero he is. She doesn't realize he's fallen in love with her at first sight and neither does he until. . .well you won't be able to predict the outcome of this one. Give it a try!
