Summary: A delightful twist!!
Review: For the lucky ones who have read the other Cavendish Chronicles, you know what I mean by saying this one has a twist at the end. Francis discovers a secret that has not been revealed for over twenty years. If you want to know what it is you will have to read the book!!!! You will not regret it. Tori Phillips is a master at historical writing!

Review: Having read all the previous books in the Cavendish Chronicles, I have to say that this was my least favorite. There was not as much character developement as there were historical references, and very minimal appearance or reference of or about the family. I am also more fond of the setting of England rather than Venice.
I still eagerly await Ms. Phillips' next book.

Summary: storyline
Review: One touch of Venus was nothing compared to the magic in the hands of Jessica Leonardo. The mysterious signorina was a woman unlike any Francis Bardolph has ever known, for she alone could make him face his most dangerous secrets- and still have hope for love! * Though Sir Francies played the man of leisure, Jessica saw through his disguise. The man was dangerous- in ways that thrilled the private places of her heart. But would his desire still run hot when her true self was revealed- and her secret shame unmasked?

Summary: one Knight In Venice
Review: This was the first book i have read by Tori Philips, and after reading this i would glady read others.Jessica and Francis are the main characters. I had to keep turning the pages to see what would happen next . This book gives u a glimpse into life in Venice in 1550 and the peoples beleifes, even though poor Jessica had to suffer for what others beleaved. I dont want to give up to much but Jessica was born with a birthmark on her face and she must keep her face covered. Thats all im gonna give away i will let u read for yourself.
