Rating: Summary: A daring, sensual, exciting book! A 10+ Review: Amy J. Fetzer has struck gold with this deliciously sinful, humorous story. The Unlikely Bodyguard is an outrageously daring, sensual, exciting book! Miss Fetzer's writing sparkles, proving once again, why her books are such genuine reading treasures. Tired of being "Miss Goody two-shoes", Calli Thorton is ready to experience a little taste of danger and have the adventure of a lifetime! She's a woman with a mission, but can she really be "daring" and "outrageous" enough to tempt the man she loves into her bed? Or, will she remain the vestal virgin, untouched by any man or by any excitement! When Gabriel Griffth is secretly hired to protect Calli Thorton, he can't keep his professional-- let alone his physcial distance from her. When he dares Calli to move to his ranch for safekeeping, that's when the real fireworks begin! While Gabe is there to protect Calli, who is there to help him protect himself from falling fast and hard for this temptaion incarnate! Can Gabe give Calli the forever she desreves? This is one gem of a book. A true Diamond in a sea of pearls proving once again, why Amy J. Fetzer is the John Grisham of Romance Writing.
Rating: Summary: 1 Good Girl + 1 Bad Boy = 2 Hot to Put Down! Review: Ms Fetzer doesn't know much about horses and I had to deduct a "research point" for that, but when it comes to characters, she's hard to beat. Good girl Cali and bad, bad Gabe are the hottest combination I've come across in ages. There's a little bit of Cali in all of us and I can't imagine a woman who could resist the "Angel Gabriel" for more than a couple of minutes. Her wit is sharp as a tack, as are her observations on the darker side of life, and the love scenes are incredibly hot. Give us more couples like this, Amy!
