Summary: Hot and Steamy as summer in New Orleans
Review: Boy, this has got some hot scenes which will make you grit your teeth and need to change your clothes.

Nothing can compare to "Loves Tender Fury" but this is pretty good stuff.

Review: FROM BACK COVER:

"THE LAVISH WORLD OF NEW ORLEANS SOCIETY AS DANGEROUS AS IT WAS DAZZLING"

Born in the backwater bayous of Louisiana, beautiful Dana O'Malley fled the squalid farm and heavy work that had killed her well-born mother. With the pride and intelligence that was her heritage, Dana soon achieved wealth, fame...and the avid attentions of four different men.

Set against the glittering panorama of the nineteenth-century South, here is the story of an indomitable woman (17) who would let no man stand between her and destiny, who would let nothing keep her from discovering the secret of her birth...

Summary: A breath-taking book.
Review: Superb characters, superb writing. This is actually the last book J Wilde wrote. As all of J wildes books, this was enchanting, a little similar to Angel In Scarlet as the main character is an actress, but enjoyable all the same.

Summary: Great Book
Review: This novel suprised me since it didn't follow the usual "love at first sight" situations of romance novels. I liked the fact that Dana does come to realize that her true love is with a man that she could be herself. A true novel idea for this genre of books.
