Review: Every once in a while, an author comes along with a unique style. Michael Little is one of those authors.

If you like the rodeo, Reno, Texas, light comedies, horned toads, big hair, chain saws, chicken fried steak, love stories, or just want to read a story by an author who writes with both a macro and a micro lens built into his scenes, this is the book for you.

I don't want to give away the story, but in a nutshell, this is a quirky little tale about big things and little things and about which things should be the big things and the little things as opposed to what we sometimes think are the big things and the little things. Has a nice little ending paragraph that sums up in a big way how big the little things really are.

Summary: Great Read
Review: If you like cowboy stories -- or love stories -- this one's a winner. Little has an "Aw, shucks!", comfortable-as-an-old-shoe tale-telling style that will leave you chuckling at what happens when we all try to make sense of love, even when we make a mess of it. If this is Little's first novel, I plan to get in line early for the next. Five stars for this one!

Summary: Cowgirl Wannabe
Review: Oh, what a life. Following the rodeo circuit and getting to meet all those burly cowboys; what more could a girl ask for? This book was a real hoot - Donna, the main character, is a strong lady and knows what she wants. And, as in all good romances, she gets it! Michael Little has a real way with words, and the folksy-style writing is not only easy to read, but matches the feeling of the story and setting exactly. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a "real good time."
