Review: Serendipity brought RIDE FOR THE ROSES to my attention. I had never heard of the book or its author till I found it in my PO Box to review for Romance Communications. It only took a few pages before I realized it was a gem. The heroine is uniquely strong and intelligent, the hero one of those complex rakes so many of us love, and the minor characters engaging. The plot is many-layered, with excitement, suspense, humor and mild sensuality. This author is a dark horse who will surely win, place and show in future.
