Summary: Great personal development
Review: Leigh's "Sensual Secrets" is a great addition to the Blaze line, combining good eroticism with wonderful character and romantic development.

Plot Summary: Amelia Edwards needs to get a life - a sex life to be exact! She's living in the Big Apple where she's supposed to be meeting all kinds of single, gorgeous men. Instead she's spending too much time holed up at the cybercafé writing about her fantasies - instead of living them out! But that's about to change....

Jay Wagner has been looking for a sexy woman like Amelia. And when he accidently reads her online sensual secrets, he knows she's the one for him. Through scanning her entries, he learns exactly how to touch her body and what words will make her scream in delight. It's the perfect fantasy relationship. Until reality intrudes...and Amelia discovers he's been snooping.

Jay seduced her body. Can he now seduce Amelia's heart...?

Amelia has led a sheltered life and is now extremely shy, hiding herself behind nondescript clothing. Jay sees something within her, though, some hidden depths, and works to bring those depths out. He doesn't realize, however, the impact that Amelia will have on him, or how his efforts can hurt as well as help her.

"Sensual Secrets" has great character and romantic development, with Amelia growing as a person as she gains in confidence. As she does, Jay also grows as a person, confronting his own fears and weaknesses.

The eroticism is worthy of the Blaze line, although Amelia's fantasies are sometimes a little awkwardly written. Jay's character is written in such a hot way, though, that his sexuality practically leaps off the page -- definitely a wonderful hero!

There are weaknesses here. Jay's development isn't handled as well as Amelia's, and thus his sudden "growth" at the end isn't quite as convincing. Amelia's shyness and reasons for hiding herself are explained but lack a certain believability.

Still, this is a great addition to the Blaze line, and is going on my "best of Blaze" list!

Summary: This book is hot, hot, hot...
Review: Near New York University, reticent library worker Amelia Edwards dreams of making love with Mr. Sexy, Jay Wagner. However, she knows this is an unrequited fantasy that will never happen in reality because the hot Jay will never look twice at a wallflower like Amelia.

Jay learns that Amelia is a frequent contributor to TrueConfessions.com under the alias, Good Girl. He looks up Amelia's public confession only to be shocked to see a "Jessica Rabbit" inside her geriatric "Minnie Mouse" look. Even more stunning is to realize he is her fantasy male. Taking advantage of his knowledge, Jay begins a sexual and sensual assault that leaves Amelia reeling and both of them in love. However what will happen to their relationship when she realizes he has accessed Good Girl's entries on TrueConfessions.com?

SENSUAL SECRETS is an entertaining contemporary romance that is filled with cyber heat as well as the normal blaze between the two lead characters expected of this imprint. The story line is torrid though why the crippling shy Amelia places her soul on the net, though explained at the climax, seems a stretch. Still Amelia's deliberating shyness makes her a memorable protagonist whom readers will either pity or adoringly encourage. Jo Leigh furbishes a tale that grips the hearts of her audience due to Amelia.

Summary: This book is hot, hot, hot...
Review: This is my first ever book by Jo Leigh and after reading Sensual Secrets, I will be buying more! Jay is a bad boy hero to die for. He oozes sexuality and is so sure of himself with women up until he starts to fall for Amelia the heroine. She is kind of a throw back to another era (due to her aunt), all prim and proper on the outside but she has deep sexual longings for Jay on the inside. She expresses these feelings on a website called True Confessions. Jay is able to "hack" (get her password) into her stories and soon learns what Amelia's secret fantasies are. I couldn't put this book down. I would advise anyone who wants to read a scorching, romantic story to buy this book because it is a keeper!
