Summary: I bought this on the strength of reader recommendations...
Review: ..and I can't see what all the fuss was about. It was good, not great. As time has passed though I liked it much better and it made my Harlequin keeper list. I like to pick it up when I need a short, time-passing read. Its plot is involving enough and the characters have enough depth to keep me reading. Having read more of Michelle Reid's work, I would say this is definitely one of her personal bests.

Review: ..and I can't see what all the fuss was about. It was good, but just good, not great or "hot-hot-hot". I don't even think I want to keep it. Did we read the same book?

Summary: Sexy, Enjoyable Read
Review: A fast-paced, well written story. The hero and heroine are ,as usual, beautiful and passionate and the love scenes burn.A good book to spend the day.

Summary: Hot and hotter!
Review: Back Cover description: When Mia Frazier agreed to her father's demand to marry Greek millionaire Alexander Doumas, she knew both men stood to gain from the deal--Alex would win back his family's island, and Mia's father would get the grandson and heir he so desperately longed for. But what about Mia? She had her own reason for agreeing to be Alex's wife--which was not financial gain, as Alex cynically believed. But how could the truth stay hidden, when she shared such intense passion with her new husband...and was now carrying his child?

Mia agrees to this marriage to save her sister. You know she hasn't agreed to do this for the money. Alex's character starts off sort of nasty, but he grows on you after awhile. Mia's father is the villain here, and is an emotional abuser. Mia is shocked and wary of her response to Alex--and what a response! Both Mia and Alex are hot for one another, and the sex scenes are great. This is my second Michelle Reid book, and I'm now looking for others.

Summary: Very Good Read-Great Sex
Review: First book that I ever read by Michelle Reid. I loved it. The sex is great and I like the way she lets you into both characters heads. I have read every book by her since and I am currently trying to collect the books prior to this one.

Summary: Great passion book!
Review: Just finished reading this book. The heroin's life seems so awful in first part (almost crying ) but then everything is better....A very fun fast page book...

Summary: Great again for Michelle Reid!
Review: Michelle Reid always writes interesting novels and this one is no exception! This will definitely go on my keeper shelf. The book is about an imperious, but handsome millionaire attempting to get back a piece of his heritage, an island in Greece. Mia, the heroine of the story is the daughter of a wealthy, but cold-hearted father who makes her a part of the deal with the hero to get the island back. Great dialogue and heaps of sexual tension make this one a winner.
