Review: Antonio Gates and Madison Evans. This story is truelly a Priceless gift that belongs on your bookshelf under "Romance." Escaping the Past filled with Heartache and Pain, Both Tony and Madison evolve into prosperous and intelligent upstanding citizens. Once burned and never wanting to experience the past again, they don't realize that when cupids arrow hits, you have no control. The setting is like Paradise, a vacation island that we all would love to travel to...for peace and relaxation. Celeste Norfleet has really painted a vivid picture of beauty and comfort on Crescent Island, that I would love to visit. Mama Lou is the grandmother we all love, and who has Tonys best interest at heart. I love the way Madison is portrayed, Laine thought she knew what she was dealing with, but was totally surprised. I recommend you read this book, because it is a very good read... I don't want to tell too much in this review, because I don't want to give away the story. I will leave you with this... Never assume anything... if you haven't straight out asked the right questions, don't assume you know the answers. I look forward to seeing Raymond, JT, Dennis, oh these guys need to be hooked up and I also would like to know if Mrs.Mimi Woods Herington Carter Brown, has up her sleeve and how Senator Richardson will play into her plans. What about Laine??

Summary: A good, exciting read!!
Review: Crescent Island is such a beautiful place, I almost believe that it exists!! The scenery in this book is excellent, and the characters are so well-developed that you'll want to keep turning the pages, just to find out what happens next! Madison Evans has been hurt in the past and she swears off men, that is, until she meets Tony Gates. Sparks fly when they Madison rents a cottage on his property on Crescent Island. However, their love must conquer several obstacles, including Laine, Tony's ex-fiancee. Tony has been hurt in the past too, and he's convinced that most women are gold-diggers, after his fortune. After they learn the truth about one another, they finally find the courage to trust and find happiness again.

Review: I picked up this book Friday night and did not put it down until Saturday afternoon. Lovely way to spend a rainy Saturday. I recommend it for busy moms looking for a rainy day escape. I cant wait until Ms Norfleet's next book. I came right to my computer to see who MommaLou was going to play matchmaker for next!

Review: Mrs Norfleet first book is a good read. Madison Evans has been hurt by love and is not interested in trying it again. That is until she meets the handsome Antonio Gates. Tony has also had some ruff relationships in the past. The relationship between Madi and Tony has alot of obstacles to climb and is kind of rocky but you hope that everything will work out and love will become priceless.The author gives you a very excellant description of Cresent Island and also all the characters. Each character help to make this a good read. I love Mamma Lou and can't wait to see who her next victims of the matchmaking game will be.

A man who not only 'stepped' on her love, but 'broke' her heart. Rebounding from a broken love affair, Madison decides to take a sabbatical leave of absence and settle down to write. Madison was not looking for love, but love somehow has a way of finding its way into your heart when you least expect it. Antonio "Tony" Gates also is not looking for love. He also has been 'burned' by love. Tony has promised his grandmother, Mama Lou, that he will not become involved with any other boarders Mama Lou invites to the cottage. However, Tony did not count on meeting Madison nor did he or Madison count on getting bit by the love bug. No matter, sometimes bug bites are infectious and where love is concerned, who knows.

Summary: Learning to Trust Again
Review: Professor Madison Evans goes on sabbatical on the Virginia West Coast. She meets handsome antiques dealer Antonio Gates and ends up under his spell. Tony is resistant to romance, but he is smitten with Madison. Can they both overcome mistrust, betrayal to love once again? Very enjoyable book. Sensual, comical and had that one character you loved to hate. Mama Lou was may favorite. Excellent read and a nice ending.
