Summary: Very touching and moving!
Review: I read this book in about a day and a half, which is really fast for me! It is a very intense, deeply emotional book that, though it is fiction, deals with the very tough issue of grief. When I wasn't crying, I was laughing. The author did a really good job weaving the present with the past. The main character, Caleb, would recall many of his happy memories with his wife, Tiffany, through the entire book. It was the memories that had me laughing. I really did thoroughly enjoy this book. I've read everything that this relatively new author has written and let me tell you, she has grown immensely in her writing ability and in her spirituality.

My favorite part of the book was at the end. It had to do with an interaction between Caleb and his son, Simon. But I don't want to give anything away. So, get the book, read it and then I'm sure you'll agree that the part at the end (and the entire book for that matter) is really good.

Summary: Amazing story from an amazing writer.
Review: Once again this author has captured my heart with the characters in this well written story. There are so many wonderful parts of the story it is really hard to choose a favorite part. But if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the part when Caleb and Simon shared a very special moment with Tiffany. I was very sad that the story had to end.

Summary: A sweet love story
Review: This book was about a man who is grieving the wife he lost, due to a terminal illness that they discovered after the birth of
their baby. This book tells of how Caleb has gone through all the different grieving stages, such as denial, anger,
depression, sadness, and finally, acceptance.

It is very clear how much Caleb and Tiffany loved each other. The author did a really good job getting this point across in
this book. The author also made it clear how much Caleb was suffering and struggling after Tiffany died. I also liked the
point that the author got across, on how we need to let God and others in and not shut people out when we are going through
something so difficult.

I did think that some of the dialog was a little simplistic and not as thoroughly developed as in some books. And not to
quibble over typos, but in a conversation between Caleb and his brother Luke, Caleb mentioned that Luke was "conceded". I
think the word that she wanted was "conceited".

This is the first book I've read by this author. I hope to read more by her. There was a hint towards the end that maybe
the relationship between Luke and Julie might be the basis for the next book. We'll see.
