Review: I really enjoyed reading this book. You'll get plenty of smiles and laughs while reading it. The romance of the story is wonderful, as well.
The story is based upon the war between The Colonies and England. Drymon follows the history of the time well.
The hero of the story plays two very opposite roles. He is a heart- throb of a hero, but dresses as a "dandy" while in disguise. The descriptions of his alter- ego are a great source of humor.
The heroin did get a little annoying to me at times. She is portrayed to be a bit too pushy, and not extremely bright, now and then. But the story as a whole was great.
