Summary: Family & love: the ties that bind
Review: A wonderful dramatic family reunion and romance between Titan and Essence. I could not put this book down for a second! It felt like you were actually at the reunion witnessing the drama of the family and the fiery chermistry evident between Essence and Titan. The author brings in an excellent plot (beautifully sequenced), and combines incredible romance with realistic family drama. This story embraced my heart and it will do the same to yours. Do not miss this one for a second! This is the best of the best so far from miss Snoe.

Review: First of all, I must say I truly enjoyed this book. Eboni Snoe has always been one of my favorite writers, and this time she took it to a whole different level. Everyone who has a family will be able to relate to this story, and people like me, who have recognized the deeper messages in her books, will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to reading the third book of the Gemstone Series. I've been waiting for it for a long, long time, and in a letter in the back of The Ties That Bind she mentioned it's her next book. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Faithful Reader

Review: The characters drew me in and reminded me of the wisdom, the cynicism, and the unconditional love of elders. There was humor and intensity, and within the pages, I imagine that everyone will find someone who feels like family.
I read this book overnight, literally, and found myself both tearful and joyous at the end.
