Review: I really enjoyed this book. I thought it was sweet, charming, and any- & everything else like that! I love the way Alec is thoughtful and caring. And the... well I had better not give away the book but I'm sure you'd like that part, too! [:oP
Having no other choice but to learn a second language and it's idioms, I can sympathize with Sophie and her funny-yet cute-mistakes. I'm sure you, too, will roar with laughter on the way she expresses herself!

Review: I read this book a few months ago and I was totally carried away by the characters and the story. I began reading Lori Wick's works with the Californians, which I also highly recommend. If you love a good story that keeps you turning the pages, this is a story for you.

Review: I don't know when I've read a book that has touched me so completely! I suppose being widowed myself and knowing so many others in that position made me appreciate what the male character, Alec, was going through in that book. It also makes me know what having someone like Sophie come into his life, really meant to him. The insight of Lori Wick into the issues of widowhood and dating again with children, along with instilling Christian values in them, while "moving on" in the Lord is astounding! I'm very impressed that someone knows that much about what "we" are going through. Thank you, Lori Wick!

Review: Sophie's Heart is absolutely wonderful! This novel wraps a heart warming love story in a beautiful spiritual blessing. I highly recommend this book to all ages. God is using Lori Wick and she has heeded His call with this book. It's a great read!

Review: I have read this book twice now, and each time I read it I cried like a baby. I feel as though I know Sophie as well as I know my best friend. The tears I cried were tears of sadness, and joy. I kept saying to myself, "This is the kind of Christian I want to be." Sophie is such an inspriation to me. Good work, Lori!!
