Review: Their Fathers being childhood friends, Kane's a weathly Banker and Glenna's a miner. Glenna comes home after being away at school and finds her father has been killed. Kane answering a letter from her father goes west in answer to a letter to his from Paddy ONeil, meeting on the train, and later finding out who each other is and falling in love. Kane and Glenna have many obstacles to cross to be together in the end.This story is packed with action and great reading. I loved it as with all of Ms. Mason's books.
