Summary: A TEXAN COMES COURTING
Review: I read extensively in a number of fiction categories, including many romance subgenres. This was one of the very few books in any field that I was not able to get past the first 30 pages. The male character kept thinking and speaking about himself in the third person, which makes for very stilted reading (nobody goes with the flow in this one).

I am a devoted fan of series, and was extremely disappointed not to have found an interesting new one to follow.

Summary: Don't Let This Cowpoke Court You
Review: Reading this story made me feel as if I had ridden in on an oldplowhorse that was missing a shoe! The author made an attempt towrite in a "cowboy-cute" style that would reinforce the story line and characters. The result is some very choppy reading. Character development is limited and some things in the story didn't make a lot of sense. By the end of the book, I was ready to shoot the author and her editor with a couple of the story's "silent bullets." Frankly, ya'll, I'd pass on this one.

Review: SADLY, I KEPT THINKING THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOME TYPOS. THERE COULDN'T POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN ANY EDITING OF THIS BOOK. I LAID IT DOWN SEVERAL TIMES, BUT BEING AN AVID READER, I KEPT THINKING THE REAL STORY WOULD BEGIN - - NOT!!!
THIS BOOK HAS BEEN THROWN AWAY. I WOULDN'T EVEN PASS IT ON TO ANYONE. REGRET I EVEN SPENT FIVE MINUTES ON IT.
