Summary: Jo Goodman does it again....
Review: A wonderful sequl in the McClellan series......Great characters, witty dialogue and a book that keeps u up until its done. loved it. enjoy

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: ok
Review: although i can't say it is the best book i ever read but i did enjoy it in that we din't have to wait to the very end for the two characters to admit they loved each other, rae and jericho were a good team and i liked rae's sense of humor, she had alot of spunk and i think that is great compared to the innocent, sweet kind of girl we are always being told about.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: My favorite book of all times
Review: I picked up the last of the McCellan series, Noah's story a few years ago and have been anxious to read the first two books. I was left flat by Salem's story but fell in love with Rahab and Jericho's story. Don't let the bibical names fool you! Rahab or Rae or Red, goes on a secret mission for her sister-in-law and finds herself murdering a man and then unable to remember a thing. Sure it sound cliche but it never is under Ms. Goodman's masterful pen. Rae's hero is Jericho Smith a man who comes to the colonies to reinvent himself and must return to England to save the entire McCellan family. The story of Rahab and Jericho can anger you, it will frustrate you and you will ultimately fall for their profound commitment to each other. Ms. Goodman creates women who are strong but not unreasonable so, women who can fall into terrible danger and yes, need help out. I have long been a fan of her work and find her to be one of the single most unappreciated authors in the Romance Genre. Only read the Thorne Brothers series or the Dehenny's series and you find complex character and fantastic writing that forces you to think. I am anxious to re-read Noah's story and see if it comes up to the standard of Seaswept Abandon.

Summary: My favorite book of all times
Review: Jo Goodman's SEASWEPT ABANDON is the best book I have ever read. I couldn't put it down and read through the night. I bought this book the day it came out because I had thoroughly enjoyed CRYSTAL PASSION, but this book was far better than I could have ever hoped. The plot is excellent and the characters are wonderful and believable. Rae and Jerichoare simply my favorite characters, and I strongly recommend this book to everyone. I have just finished SEASWEPT ABANDON for the fourth time, and it was just as enthralling as the first. I'm eagerly awaiting Noah's story in TEMPTING TORMENT, but I don't think that it will be able to beat SEASWEPT ABANDON. Thank you, Jo Goodman, for writing such a wonderful book!
