Rating: Summary: Great Book Review: I have to admit I was somewhat reluctant to purchase this book but decided to take a chance and see what this author had to offer. What she had to offer was a rollercoaster ride that keep me wanting more and more.

Rating: Summary: Great read Review: I liked the book and did not think the subject of incest took away from it. The two parties involved did not know they where related when the relationship began which makes a difference.
Rating: Summary: A Family Affair Review: Michelle De Leon explores love and relationships, both healthy and toxic, in her novel MISSED CONCEPTIONS. Shanneen Ross has an ideal life. She is beautiful and successful and she has at last met her soul mate, Jeroi Black. Just as Shanneen is about to live happily ever after, a shocking secret destroys all she knows and loves.
Sebastian Lew is an up-and-coming artist whose relationship has struck a tragic ending. When he takes on a job at Shanneen's restaurant, the two become friends and then lovers, but they stand to lose everything when their pasts threaten whatever future they may have together.
Michelle De Leon creates an interesting tale of love and tragedy that tells of the consequences and effects of unhealthy relationships, but also shows that ultimately true love and trust can conquer all.
Rating: Summary: You won't want to put this book down! Review: Page turning is right! I could not put this book down until I got to the end. And then I was hungry for more. Interesting story line with characters so real, you'll feel that you know them. Great read!
Rating: Summary: Yuck yuck yuckkky Review: This book was such trash. I started reading it thinking it was a romance with a little drama. I never expected it to have incest in it. I work in a public library and I never recommend this book and if I see anyone with it I persuade them to not check it out.Pure garbage!!!! To bad for the author. I gave this book one star because I couldn't go any lower!!!

Rating: Summary: are you serious?! Review: what happens when your wildest dream turns into your worst nightmare? this paradoxical scenario is where michelle de leon's novel, Missed Conceptions, lives. i was flipping through the story quickly and loving it when i came to the big shocker plot twister--i had to swallow hard and pray a little to get passed the initial shock of the "main drama" in the story. even still, perhaps even because of the author's courageous use of a taboo subject, i really enjoyed the characters and began to pull for their relationships. makes me wonder and makes me remember that anything can happen if you're not careful! main thing is that de leon has a deliberate and powerful control of this narrative and proves herself to be a wonderful writer. i am looking forward to reading her other books, Once Upon a Family Tree and Love to the Third!
