Rating: Summary: Interesting Review: At an absolutely fantastic read. This is a story of two people both spurned by their exe's. Heroine is jilted and Hero comes to the rescue her from the embarrassment. In helping heroine to save face he has become her "trophy husband", hence the title. There is great emotional and steamy sexual tension between the two. The hero is a gorgeous hunk - to die for! Heroine is unsure of herself but gains confidence in hero's love for her. Look out for the sexy scene after heroine buys her mickey mouse watch at the market. Hmmmmmmm. The next scene had my glasses fogging up! This is a great book and the readers of fine romance will not be disappointed.
Rating: Summary: Lynne Graham at her BEST! Review: At an absolutely fantastic read. This is a story of two people both spurned by their exe's. Rating: Summary: Interesting Review: Here's the description from the back cover--The personal assistant: When Sara caught her fiance being unfaithful with her cousin, she felt doubly betrayed. Her Boss: Almost miraculously, Alex Rosini was on hand to help Sara pick up the pieces. However having worked for Alex for some time now, she knew he never did anything without expecting something in return. So why was she surprised when he revealed that he was prepared to pay the cost of having her-be it money or marriage. Business or pleasure? Sara wanted Alex so badly, she would have given herself to him with no strings attached. But in order to win Alex, she would have to play his game--and choose her price---. OK, I gave this 4 stars because I like L. Graham's stories. Yes, most of the time her heros are a little cruel, but they always wind up vulnerable in the end. This hero is not cruel as much as he is not comfortable when he is not in control. The heroine is wary at first, then as the story moves along she figures out that she has to fight for his understanding. One of the reasons I like this hero is that he is trying to understand how to reach Sara.
Rating: Summary: Fantastic! Review: It's a beautiful book. The hero is so tender and loving. Both are made for each other. It's a book you'll read over and over again!
