Review: Dear Reader,

I grew up and still live in Wyoming where I teach second grade by day and write by night. I love to read and tell stories about the Old West and the hardworking people who settled there.

TIES OF LOVE summary: In 1893, Amanda Erikson arrives in Lariat, Wyoming intending to file on a homestead and take custody of her late sister's three young children. However the children's bachelor uncle has no intention of letting her take over the care of his beloved nephew and nieces. Amanda has all the challenges she can handle as she takes on three needy children, a snake-infested homestead, and the most obstinate, domineering--and attractive--man she'd ever had the misfortune to meet.
