Summary: One Pink Rose
Review: Any Julie Garwood fan will love this book. As an avid Garwood follower I was happy she followed up on the Clayborne brothers we met in For the Roses. I highly recommend that you read For the Roses before One Pink Rose---there are quite a few references to people and places you will enounter in For the Roses. It is a quick and delightful read.

Summary: I love Julie Garwood!
Review: Her books are awsome! She is one of the top romance writter in my book I have read 17 of Julie Garwood's novels and she astounds me every time I read a new one. I suggest if you want to read this book start with the book "For the Roses" then go onto read "One Pink Rose", "One white Rose", and "One Red Rose" and then read "Come the Spring" These books are all about the Claybourne family and how they strived to survive raising an abandoned baby that they found in New York and turning her into a lady. After their little Mary Rose is grown up and Married to a highland Lawyer named Harrison each brother is tempted by women into settling down will the brothers run or face the destiny that MAMA Rose tricks them into.

Summary: The Clayborne brothers are simply the best....
Review: I couldn't put this book down, and i couldn't stop myself from buying 'For The Roses', 'One White Rose' and 'One Red Rose'. I eagerly anticipate her next book 'Come The Spring' which will bring more stories of the four tough, protective and loving brothers and their sister along with the people they have married. 'One Pink Rose' features Travis Clayborne, the youngest of all the Clayborne brothers, who accompanies a young lady called Emily Finnegan as a favour for his Mama Rose (if u don't read it, you wouldn't understand) because she is a mail-orde bride for someone called Clifford O'Toole. Along the way there, he inevatably falls in love with her, but not before she does so with him. A captivating story! Highly reccommended

Summary: One pink, one white, and one red rose!
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed For The Roses- and went straight to the library to find these three smaller books. Their length did not bother me. But they seemed a little shallow. I did enjoy the story for One White Rose. It's the best to me. The others seemed silly and unrealistic, especially One Red Rose. I am glad I read them because I would always have been curious about them. I do wish they have mentioned more of Mary Rose and Harrison.

Summary: One Pink, One White and One Red
Review: I'm writing one review for all three of these wonderful "little" books. Too little! I would have loved to have more lengthy stories about all the brothers but each of these were very good. I was so thrilled to find out the saga would continue and J.G. didn't let me down!

Summary: Enjoyable and heart warming - Good Reading
Review: Julie Garwood's Rose series (For the Roses, One White Rose, One Red Rose, One Pink Rose) are awesome. Easy to read and enjoyable. They are all books that you can't put down, eagerly reading to see what happens next and when you finish, you're wanting more of the story and can't seem to wait for the next book in the series. You'll find yourself smiling as you read with enjoyment the stories bound by love and respect for one another, and their bonds that are stronger than any blood ties. Suggestion to author: Hey Julie, why not giving us a book on Mama Rose????

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Hated to see it end.
Review: Ms. Garwood is new to me. I usually do not read books with a western theme but bought this one since it was on the best seller list. As soon as I finished I went out and bought For The Roses, finished it and am now looking for One White Rose and One Red Rose

Summary: Not at all what I expected.
Review: Normally I do not read historical romance, but after "For The Roses", I was almost frantic to get my hands on this book. Not only did I find Julie Garwoods "One Pink Rose" a disappointment, I felt the same way about "One Red Rose" and "One White Rose". After the time and attention she paid to all of her characters and their relationships in "For The Roses", the other books were quick/rushed. I was also upset by the fact that Momma Rose had little or no part in the lives of her children once she was able to be with them. The characters acted as if she never arrived and they were still corresponding via mail.

Summary: Great quick read!
Review: This was a fast and fun book to read. Written in typical Garwood style, she delivers fun and laughs along with familiar characters. This book may not challenge you too much, but you'll definately yourself while reading it. The characters are funny and the love story is touching. I read it in one night
