Review: THE BOOK IS AS GREAT AS THE REVIEWS! I am happy to say that it was a pleasure to read a romance that fulfills everything I look for in a novel.... Characters you care about who have a depth and intelligence...A good story line ... interesting conversations...realistic feelings ... pleasently descriptive ....a sound ending! This book was my first by this author but I will by all means be looking for more!

Summary: Excellent but...
Review: This was an extremely well written book, with believable, complex characters and an interesting plot. Because I haven't seen it mentioned in the other reviews, however, I should mention that some of the scenes are very graphic, one involving the death of a child by fire, and another the death of an older couple the same way. I had trouble getting the image of the child's death out of my mind, and stopped reading the book after the couple's death. (I peeked at the ending.) If you're sensitive to this sort of thing, you may want to avoid this book. I do plan to read the author's other books, though; she is very talented.

Review: WITH THIS KISS had everything I look for in a romance -- a tender hero, touching love scenes, a strong woman heroine, and even a mystery to solve. I will be hunting down this author's backlist.
