Summary: SWEET, TENDER, MIXED-UP ROMANCE - #5
Review: Kane Haley, Inc. - someone in the company is having Kane's baby.
Kane is desparate to find the woman who is having his baby.
His private sluething has led to four other marriages. Will it ultimately lead to his????

He has not intentions of another marriage or of ever having a child. In talking to his brother, Mark and his wife, Jill the comment is made that without marriage, Kane has no rights to the child.

Kane finally asks his right hand assistant, Maggie Steward to help him find the woman. Maggie is dumbfounded, Kane wants her to call the same clinic that she had gone to five months ago.

Oh no! Maggie was depending on a faceless father for her child.
NO, NO, NO! It just couldn't be!

Jill, finally, clues Maggie into Kane's emotional problems.
And the ladies of the company are still waiting for the child-care facilities.
Now Kane is demanding [gently, of course] marriage but Maggie wants love from her next husband.

Wonderfully tender story of two wounded people who want to put their child first.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ---- the finish to a very good reading set.
starts with #1 WHEN THE LIGHTS WENT OUT - Judy Christenberry
#2 - A pregnant Proposal - Elizabeth Harbison
#3 - The Makeover Takeover - Sandra Paul
