Summary: Love is never black or white
Review: Sarah White is sent on assignment to a small close community to install a new computer program at the bank. While staying at the local hotel she runs into Pete Black who is instantly attracted to her shocking the town's people. The community is aganist the two being together because they don't want Peter messing up his life with Sarah.

Beside the town people being rude and rightdown mean to Sarah she starts getting harrassed at the bank by Becky, a woman who is use to getting all the attenion. She doesn't like Sarah at the bank and plots to get rid of her.

The attraction between Sarah and Pete grows more each and every day to the disgust of Pete's family. After a few days there Sarah starts receives threatening phone calls telling her to stay away from Pete.

Sarah doesn't know what to do. Should she fight for the man she has fallen in love with or should she finish her job and go without looking back.

This is a wonderful book. I enjoyed it a lot. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is I wished it was longer. But I think you really enjoy it if you decided to buy it. This is an interracial romance between an african american woman and white male just in case any future buyer(s) was wondering.

Summary: Suspensful short story
Review: This book is 102 and pages and costs $16.95! If someone had told me that I would NEVER have wasted my money on this overpriced, boring tripe. If I could have given this book zero stars I would have. This is supposed to be an interracial romance. We know this becase Sarah's last name is White and Pete's last name is Black, and people in this "sleepy town stuck in time" aren't nice to her? She was weak, annoying & silly. He was silly, weak and a deadbeat father. What a lovely match. Run don't walk away from this novella.

Summary: Not bad......but
Review: This could have been a very powerful book; however, it was about 200 pages to short. Everything moved at a fast pace without enough interaction between the two main characters. Love at first sight is all well and good but you need some meat along with those potatoes. The idea of a black woman, alone in a southern town that showed their prejudice openly with only one or two allies should have been meatier.
