Summary: STUPENDOUS!!!
Review: Absolutely one of her best books. I have numerous books of Cassie Edwards and this one tops them all. I enjoy her books since I am part Cherokee. They touch my heart like no other.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best book I have read in moe than 5 years.
Review: I could not put it down. I usually read something a little bit and then put it down for a while. I had this book done in less than 24 hours. It had me from the beginning. The love in it, the passion the story in itself. It left me in awe.

Summary: White Fire falls short
Review: I was very disappointed in this Cassie Edwards novel....it falls short of her usual wonderful work. Set in Minnesota, around Fort Snelling, the story line is too predictable. In fact, I found it to be superficial. Were it not for the Minnesota setting (my home) I would have never read past the first chapter.

Summary: I really loved this book.
Review: My first intentions of this book was just to borrow it from my friend to read during a class period since i didnt have a book to read and i was getting into romance novels and my friends reads them all the time. She told me to read White Fire that her grandmother said it was really good but she didnt know for sure. but told me to read. next thing i know i was asking her if i could keep the book to finish it. This book is a definite page turner. I was skipping all my school work just to read this book. I highly recommend this book.

Summary: STORY WAS CAPTIVATING BUT ---
Review: The story of White Fire and Flame [a bit adolescent] was very well written.
I just had a problem with a six year old child speaking [and thinking] the way Michael was portrayed.
I thoroughly enjoyed Flame's pursuit of White Fire yet his emotions and reactions seemed too effeminate. Not the self-assured presence of a male who has been on his own and even married with a child.

Was greatly disappointed in the portrayal of Michael on first meeting Flame. No child thinks in terms of love and marriage.

Greatly enjoyed the character of Chief Gray Feather but found trouble with the outcome of Song Sparrow even with the complications.

I was intrigued by the inclusion of Josiah Snelling and his part in the story -- excellent.

Easy to read story -- definitely a good read but ----- [mushy? maybee?]

Summary: Kept me guessing
Review: This is another great book. I love the two main characters, White Fire, and Flame. Just when I thought that a certain event was going to happen, or when exactly White Fire was going to become a Chief (like all Cassie Edwards books), I found I was only guessing. I ended up reading this book till the wee hours of the night, because I didn't want to put it down or miss any of the details. Ended up taking a slower reading the second time, just so I could enjoy it again. Enjoy this book, whenever you get the chance. You will keep guessing at how the story ends and may realize that you guessed differently.
