Summary: Kind of Weak
Review: This wasn't the worst book I've read, but it was far from the best. Considering the author was a man writting about male characters, I was expecting more of a "males point of view" and not the typical stuff we always hear, I was very disappointed. The characters and over all story line was weak, predicatable and almost boring. I kept waiting for something exciting to happen, but it never did. Also, Mr. Baisden needs to find a new editor, there's no excuse for the typo's in this book. Better luck next time.

Review: Michael, you did it again! Your books are so easy to learn from and enjoy because they speak from Real Life Experiences 101! Your unique blend of word choices and familiar scenarios make each chapter so realistic. I have an image of each of your characters in my mind....(I'm Angela!--smile) Keep up the good work, and as always, thanks for reaching back. Hope to see ya soon! Gayle

Summary: OUTSTANDING!
Review: Mr. Baisden, I had watched you on Tavis Smiley before, and I had mixed emotions about you. Now I can truly say that I am one of your biggest fans. You have truly have a talent for writing. Keep it real and you'll go far.

Summary: A good read, a positive story.
Review: Michael Baisden has written a wonderful novel and provided a man's point of view in the story telling arena. The characters of Derrick, Tony, Big Ben, and I forgot the other brothers name -- they were real. I felt as if I could read their very thoughts (which I could in reading the book).

After reading 'Never Satisfied', I was a little nervous about continuing on with Mr. Baisden's work. I liked this novel, I didn't appreciate 'Never Satisfied'. That put way too much on my mind in regards to the whole 'relationship game' so to speak. There's enough despair between the sexes without providing helpful hints to the brothers trying to figure out how to be lame. Let's instead, concentrate on loving instead of hurting.

I recommend this one!

Summary: A Book About Fashion
Review: This could have been a really good book. I felt like the characters were not developed enough and too much talk about the flashy expensive clothes and cars. I still have no clue as to what the title has to do with anything. And I really hate to mention all the typos! I'm really not a critic, but this one was not very good at all!!

Summary: My wish is for this book to attract as many male readers.
Review: I was touched to have read a "good" book, written from a man's perspective. My wish is for this book to attract as many male readers as it does women. What I am afraid of is that men might find the title a little intimidating. My greatest hope, however, is that more men would cry in the dark after realizing the lost of a good partner. Fellows, it's OK to shed a tear especially before proceeding to another relationship. Maybe then, you will realize not to repeat the same mistake. Thank you Mr. Baisden. Am looking forward in reading Maintenance Man. Keep them coming brother.
