Summary: Excellent, Very Uplifting, Profound Therapuetic novel
Review: This was one of the best novel I have ever read. I felt very connected to all of the characters. I endured empathy as well as sympathy for all of them as if I knew them personal. This book was completly overwhelming from beginning to end. The Author gives you a total different perspective on things you are already adamant about. I recommend this book to anyone who has gone through/going through any adversity to read this triumph story and allow yourself to be overcome with fearless emotions and understanding of how anything is possible inspite of where (or whom) you come from. This book has taught me that no matter how bad off you think you are there is always someone somewhere with a story worse off than yours. Also that the challenge of life is how well you rise and conquer your fears and recognize your faults as well as realize the roles that you play in any given situation.

Summary: Beautiful Book Cover
Review: Though you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, I purchased this book because I loved the title and the cover.

The story was a long, sweet, and slooow romantic tale of Maya and Mykal. Before the love is unveiled, the deep pain and its scars must be revealed so that healing may begin. Perhaps there is no easy way to tell such a poignant story, so the author takes readers through an emotionally draining tale of soul searchers, soul robbers, and soul mates. The story is very important because there are women who need spiritual and emotional healing, but I was not touched by the way it was told. Finally, love prevails and finds its way into the hearts of two loving couples who have longed for true love but were too afraid to reach out and grasp it.

I pray for supernatural healing for women who bear the emotional and physical wounds that Maya carried. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Summary: Phenomenal
Review: What can you say about a book that has answered so many questions that you couldn't for most of your adult years? Is the word "Phenomenal" or could this book just be my inspiration?

"She Touched My Soul" did exactly that in many different ways, the cover has so many different hues of blue it totally sets the spiritual mood. In the sky you see two beings with the glow of love surrounding them. Below is the currents of the ocean: wild, strong and unpredictably flowing.

The title grabbed me because I remember needing my "Soul Touched." The characters in this book are so real, the situations are believable.

Maya is an attorney at law and in the courtroom all eyes are on her, but outside of it she makes herself invisible. Her back is always against the wall, and she will always be close to an exit. Finding out the why's and what's that make Maya afraid of human touch is so frightening you wonder how she survived it, until....Mykal Arrington, an R&B singer.

Maya feels a spiritual connection between the two of them that she doesn't understand, but decides to listen to it.

Mykal pursues Maya, a women unlike those from his past. Mykal's family and his music have always been a part of him. Of lately, Mykal struggles with whether or not he has "lost his soul."

They begin a friendship over dinner and just some time away to talk. During their time together Mykal notices that Maya doesn't like being touched, he wonders why. In the midst of wondering about Maya, he realizes he misses being touched and loved.

Maya who hasn't had either of the two in 15 years has no desire to experience it now. What explodes from Mykal's invitation of dinner and conversing will have you crying, laughing and examining your own relationships and how healthy they are for you and your partner.

As I write this review tears form in my eyes. I will never forget the characters in this book or the author who brought them to us. The whole time reading this book, I wanted to drop to my knees and give my praises to Naleighna for creating it.

Thank you sis...and yes your work is done!
