Rating: Summary: I enjoyed reading it twice. Review: This book is a crossover between SF/Fantasy and Romance. The heroine, from a near future earth, is sucked into another dimension. You follow her trials and tribulations as she tries to understand what has happened to her and how the "magic" in this new world works. (Sorry, any more detail and I'll spoil the mysteries.) The book engrossed me enough that I enjoyed re-reading it. If you enjoy romance, spiced with action, you'll enjoy this book.
Rating: Summary: The finest futuristic I've read Review: This isn't your typical futuristic romance. Oh, it has all the romance elements, the handsome king and the spunky big-hearted heroine who are at odds over their obvious attraction for one another. But the story actually makes you think! It brings up issues about the society we live in, and the morality of violence, and what love really means. And all of this is argued through the relationship between the hero and heroine. It was a treat to read and I look forward to more books from this author.
Rating: Summary: VERY IMAGINATIVE STORY! Review: This starts with action and explains it later. Right from the beginning we're off on a wild adventure in a weird new world. The heroine is not my cup of tea, but she is after all having a rough time adjusting to everything new. Hero is wonderful, if steady. This is a great romance with a different twist. I liked it, and think other readers of romance/fantasy/futuristic will too. Annie V.
