Rating: Summary: Absoulute Trouble is Totally Hot! Review: This is Ms. Jerotts debut story. Set in the south this is a story about pain, healing, and the power of love.Dulcie is an ex-cop who's career was ended due to an injury to her back. She has moved to her houseboat to make dolls and hide from life. Her back may have healed but her soul and spirit are still hurting. Julian Langlois is a "bad-boy" who ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time and is a witness to a shooting and is put under police protection. Julian is hidden away on Dulcie's boat and the sparks fly between these two people who both have trouble with mistrust. The mystery is good, and the chemisty between these two characters are explosive! This story is worth the effort it will take to get your hands on it!
Rating: Summary: The Best Book I've Read in a LOOOOOOOONG Time!!! Review: This may have been the best love story I have ever read. Dulcie and Julien were so right for each other, but the situation was tense. It's hard to find such good contemporary novels with such interesting characters and a plot too. And I would never had read it if not for the Amazon.com recommendation. If you're looking for a great romance this is it! It's the kind of book you just have to keep reading to get to the exciting conclusion. I am definitely looking forward to her future books.
Rating: Summary: Can I give more than 5 stars?? Review: Throughout this entire book I kept thinking, "Was this really her first book?" This book was wonderful, quite possibly one of the best romantic suspense books I've read. Gorgeous hunk Julien Langlois is brought into ex- cop Dulcie Quinn's protective custody by her ex-partner, Bobby. From the first page of this book, Michelle Jerott has you hooked. Not only if Julien a witness to a crime, he's also a stripper at one of the local upscale nightclubs in New Orleans. Julien is so determined to get out of protective custody he'll do anything, including seduce lonely Dulcie Quinn. Things don't always work out the way they are planned, and Julien and Dulcie found themselves falling in love. I definetly recommend this book. The only drawback is that this is the only book by Michelle Jerott and there are no more to read. I'll be waiting patiently for her next novel. Hopefully Bobby will be the main character!
