Rating: Summary: Gripping, exciting, & sexy... Review: ...I am from Maine, so I sought out this particular offering inEdwards' Indian series. The Penobscot have my undying admiration, andCassie Edwards has brought their culture to live. As always, the romance sparkles with sexual tension and that unique tenderness which comes between lovers from two cultures. Strong people have strong conflict, and Shanna and Bold Wolf keep the reader gripped to the last page. Very enjoyable!

Rating: Summary: Not worthy of HALF a star!!! Review: I cannot believe that a book this poorly written, unintelligent and unrealistic would even be considered for publication. The dialogue in this pathetic excuse for a novel is simple and dull, the plot is ridiculous and unimaginative, and the characters are childish and unintelligent. The only reason I even finished this book is so I could claim to have read the stupidest book ever written. I'm starting to wonder if my pain and suffering was worth it.
Rating: Summary: A great book Review: I have became a avid fan of Cassie Edwards...reading 5 novels in the last week. Bold Wolf was the last I read. In the beginning I was somewhat bored with the plot and then bingo ...things began to roll and roll...and as usual I was unable to put the book down..read it in 4 hours and loved it.

Rating: Summary: disappointing Review: I have read many of Cassie Edwards books and I can honestly say I was truely disappointed in this one. Where was the passion between Shanna and Bold Wolf. The story line was real hard to follow. It was just not one of her better books. After just reading Catherine Hart's "Night Flame" this book didn't even come close to compare.
Rating: Summary: I did not care for it, but maybe it's a style issue. Review: I read "Bold Wolf" last weekend and did not enjoy it. To me, there were serious issues with pacing and with the flow of the storyline. My first impression was that it was just amateurish, but as I read on (hoping it would settle down), the style started ringing a bell. It's reminiscent of romance writing style I frequently encountered in the early 70's. I found that particular style histrionic and annoying, but that's me.
Rating: Summary: Disappointing Review: I've just finished reading "Bold Wolf" this morning. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the book. The flow of the story was not smooth at all. It seems like new things had been constantly thrown into the plot in order to give the book some length. I feel really cheated or let down reading this just after I've finished reading all of Karen Kay's books. I only wish the book could have been half as good as its cover.
