Review: This book was wonderful...totally captivating. The plot's twists and turns were great. It held my attention chapter after chapter. I've read two other EJD books and this one is BY FAR the best. I recommend this book to everyone...its a MUST read.

Review: I enjoyed this book. I finished reading a book that left me unsatisfied but Cheaters more than made up for it. Now Toyomi needed to be slapped silly. I understand someone betraying you but she took it to the extreme. All the characters were good also. This is definitely a must read!

Review: "Exceeded my expectations!"For those of you who are not yet aware of Mr Dickeys talents:let me testify. I find all his books to be very well written. Cheaters was no exception and I rushed out to purchase it as soon as it came out. Trust me, it wil not disappoint. Mr dickey presents refreshing, realistic views of his charaters that make you feel as though you are there. If you are a new reader to his books,take my advise and read all his works. As an avid fan, I am confident that you will become engrossed from cover to cover!

Review: Cheaters was a realistic look at a realistic event in an unobtrusive way. The characters became your friends and you enjoyed getting to know and understand them. I have great respect for Eric Dickey because he shows an understanding of "people" that many writers lack. Thanks again!

Review: Once again Eric Jerome Dickey entertains us with another satisfying, page turning novel. You'll love his witty, down to earth, and sometimes 'typical' characters....walking a trail of despair, and often destruction. But you know in the end...Eric always paints us a rainbow!

Summary: Forget the Sugar and Spice...
Review: This novel is all salt and pepper! Eric Jerome Dickey combines the African American voice in the thoughts, words and deeds of his characters as he carefully places each one in his/her own idiosyncratic circumstance with a dash of chaotic madness that compells you from page to page.What is even more amazing is that he writes the novel from a woman's point of view and captures their dilemma with an austerity that is admirable and pragmatic. Look out Terry Mc Millian - Eric gives as good as he gets. His characters are alive, his settings contemporary and his issues representative of the age in which we live. I give him a high five, two thumbs up and a snap! Yes - it's all that and then some.

Review: Cheaters is the first book by Mr. Dickey which I've read. It's truly a SUPERB piece of work, and I literally can't wait to read everything he has written! Once I started reading this book, I would of never put it down, if it wasn't for those few hours of sleep I needed at night. Even with all the "cheating" going on, I found the main characters to be engaging, easy to relate to, and their situations mesmerizing. The detail in the erotic scenes captivated me; for the simple fact that Mr. Dickey kept it intense & HOTT! That was a refreshing change from other African-American fiction I've read which seemed to be, ummmmmm, devoid of sexual imagery. As if.......... Anyway, in closing, I would just like to thank Mr. Dickey for keeping it funky and also the enjoyable trip he took me on! PLEASE don't make us wait too long to see, CHEATERS, THE MOVIE!

Review: I loved this book, I was very suprised at the ending, but it made me happy. This book was funny, heartbreaking, exotic, and thought provoking. Keep up the good work!
