Rating: Summary: APPLAUSE, APPLAUSE! Review: You've done it again Mr. Dickey! This book was very good. I enjoyed it, and it makes a great vacation read. I have become a devoted fan. I thought the characters in this book had some serious issues. I would love to see a sequel, or at least a book featuring Tammy and Darnell. That was a total surprise. But I could see how he would be drawn to a woman like Tammy when he had a woman like Dawn at home. She gave her husband absolutely NO support for his dreams and wishes at all. It really showed that people should have a LOT of conversation befor they say those "I Do's!" Jake was a flake. He gave new definition to the word "dog" and I don't blame Charlotte for leaving him. And poor Stephan was a victim of his father's legacy. Karen, however, had some SERIOUS issues with her, not to mention her toy 'Victor'. Interesting for a man to write about that. That one called for one of those things that make you go 'hhhhhmmmmmm!' Chante really had to learn how to value herself as a person. All in all, I enjoyed this book very much. However, some of the characters were a little hard to warm up to. However, I am looking forward to reading EJD's newest effort, "Liar's Game," and anything else he may write. I have a select group of writers that I buy whatever they have out and I think Mr. Dickey has moved onto that list! If you haven't read any of this author's books, buy a couple at a time because when you finish one, you will want to immediately pick up another one. They are like those potatoe chip ads, you can't read just one!
Rating: Summary: FUN WHEN YOU CAN RELATE Review: This book is a must. Coming from the Windy City, I see my friends and me coming through the characters. FUN, FUN, FUN
Rating: Summary: An entertaining read-3 1/2 stars really Review: This was the first book I ever read by EJD. It was pretty entertaining. The author has good writing style and character development. But although I found the book a little slow-moving at first, it was a real page-turner near the end. I plan to read more of Eric Jerome Dickey's books.
Rating: Summary: Great Reading Review: Oh I so enjoyed this book, I read it in 4 days it was so good I couldn't put it down until I'd read the whole book, I was a little up set in the middle of the book, but all in all everything turned out o. k. I'm going to purchase my next book tomorrow, by him. Thanks.
Rating: Summary: couldn't put it down Review: This was the first book I've read by Dickey and will not be the last. (I've already went out and bought his others!) It was a perfect read- quick, engaging, not entirely predictable, and completely relatable. It was humorous without trying too hard to be, but also got a little serious without being sappy or preachy. I couldn't put it down. When I finally did come to the end I felt completely satisfied-- then went out and recommended it to my friends.
Rating: Summary: Very entertaining Review: I have two small children and this is the first novel I've finished in a long time.I saw Mr.Dickey a year or two ago at the Barnes and Noble in Cerritos. He was charming and so are his books. Cheaters was a fun and quick read, like Valleey of the Dolls or Princess Daisy. Perfect for a summer read, cool and frothy.
Rating: Summary: This book was GOOD! Review: This book made me think that there are a lot of women dogs as well as men dogs. This book was very good as well as his other books. I felt as if I was there during every chapter. I commend him on all the good work he's done. Job weel done.

Rating: Summary: Dickey has done it again! Review: This book is absolutely flammable! No one captures the dynamics/drama of dating like Eric Jerome Dickey. I picked it up and coouldn't put it down. Check the botton paragraph of pg. 379 for the most succinct description of how some brothers feel about dating. And the resolution? More dramtic than a soap! ED...you da MAN!
Rating: Summary: Christine - Maryland Review: This is my first time reading one of Eric Dickey's books. However, it will not be my last time. It was truly enjoyable. I took the book everywhere I went, so I would be able to read a couple of pages in my spare time. I was quite surprise that Darnell left his wife in the end but love will make you do strange things. Keep up the good work.
