Summary: Cheaters is OFF THE HOOK!
Review: All I can say is, either Oprah's book club is missing out or they're not telling. This is the first Eric Jerome Dickey book for me. Not knowing what I was in for, I found myself delighted and couldn't put it down. This book not only demonstrates life for some Southern Californians, it's funny and simply a good book. I've already started reading Liar's Game. Right away, I can identify the place and visualize the people in it. As a result, I'm purchasing all of Eric's previous titles. I know I won't be dissappointed. And believe me, you won't be either.

Summary: A book of laughter, some sadness and really comes across
Review: Cheaters was really good. I enjoyed the characters especially Chante when the bounty hunters came looking for their lost one. I was too through. I enjoyed the characters. This book said alot of things I have always wanted to say and never did. The girl friends were too much especially the one that got arrested. I really enjoyed when the crazy girl was staulking the guy and had him on the edge good for him. I guess he never saw fatal attraction. He was some kind of smooth.I really thought alot about the book and the author. I have not read a book written by Mr.Dickey that did not hold my interest. Get the selections you will really not be disappointed. I never been a fan of someone beforek, I found someone I truly admire for their writting. Great work Congrats. Your Baltimore Fan

Summary: FRIENDS AND LOVERS ..A SHOCKER THAT KEPT YOU ON THE EDGE
Review: The book was one of the best I have ever read. The characters are realistic and powerful. The stories where straight up interesting and keep the pages flipping. I have 2 jobs, three kids and a husband I have no time to sit and read a book. I couldnot put this one down. It was well thought out and I was truly devasted when Leonard died. I felt like I lost a friend. It was clever making them married without dragging all that stuff out. I really enjoyed when Shelby and Ty snuck into that hotel and did their thing. The whole book was well written. It made me remember I too am a writer and its time for me to get busy. Thanks to Mr.Dickey for the inspiration to hit the computer and stop wasting my talents.

Summary: YOU GOT ME HOOKED!
Review: EJD - you've truly outdone yaself on this one. I have read all of your books to date except liar's game. I really like all the characters, and your descriptions of the locales were great. Made me feel like i was in LA. Loved the characters, as they were easy to relate with. I liked how you let Stephan and Chante deal with their past loves, and relationships, and i was also "hollering" and "laughing" when reading certain scenes in this book. Loved the sexy erotic scenes, and just loved who your characters did things that really surprised me. So, i'd suggest anyone read your books. You take relationships and take them apart dissect them, and get to the bare bone issues. That's what i like about all of your stories. So, to the bookstore i'll go to get liar's game, and then exhale.

Review: This is the first book I've read by Eric Jerome Dickey and I am hooked! Cheaters is a wonderful story. It really makes you think about relationships. It has a little something for everyone.

Summary: A book that speaks the truth
Review: My friend at my job pick up this book because the title was juicy. Another girl in the office got the book and let me read it after she finished. I laughged at, got mad , related to and understood the whole book. I haven't read a book since freshman year in college (4 years ago) and this book led me to buy MILK IN MY COFFEE. Now I am debating which Eric Jerome Dickey book to read and buy next.

Summary: Now I Understand The Hype
Review: I have read all of Dickey's book, mostly so I would know what all of my friends were talking about. While they were all entertaining, I never really appreciated his writing style until Cheaters. I loved the character development in this book and the subject matter was one to which I would relate. I could actually picture the scenes in my head and that's when I know a book is hitting its mark. I can't wait to get a hold of Liar's Game. Dickey now has a devoted fan in me.

Summary: I can relate
Review: I did not want to read this book by title alone. Having experienced the fallout from a "cheater" left me unwilling to read a book glorifying one, or so I thought. It was a realistic read that had me up late nights turning pages. Especially enjoyable was the way EJD "felt" his female characters. It was on point and I recommend it. This was my first book by Eric, it won't be my last.

Review: I HADN'T READ A NOVEL IN A WHILE AND AS I WENT TO THE AFRICAN AMERICAN BOOK CART AT THE MALL ALL I DOULD FIND WERE BOOKS THAT SEEMED TOO "DRAMATIZED" FOR ME WHEN I PICKED IT UP BECAUSE THE TITLE REMINDED ME OF SOME OF MY EX BOYFRIENDS. EVERYONE WHO STOPPED AT THE CART KEPT SAYING HE IS A BRILLIANT WRITER AND THE BOOK IS GREAT I TOOK IT HOME AND COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN IT FELT LIKE I REALLY RELATED TO IT EVEN THOUGH I AM 19 TRUST ME MY AGE GROUP WIL LUV THIS BOOK NOT TO MENTIONE HIS WAY WITH WORDS DURING THE INTIMATE SCENES ..NOW I AM HIS NUMBER ONE FAN I JUST READ LIARS CLUB IT IS EXCELLENT WHO KNEW A MAN COULD WRITE SUCH EXQUSITE WORK AND BE SO DEEP AND REAL AT THE SAME TIME
