Summary: Not your typical "All men are dogs" or "All women are hoes"
Review: I really enjoyed this book, surprisingly. I looked at the title and thought 'Oh no, not another novel about players'. The way Eric gets into depth about each character, it makes you really know their personality really well. The book was, however, about "Cheaters" but it had such a fantastic twist to it that it captivated me after the first 2 chapters. Just when I thought that I knew what would happen next, I was wrong. And I love that in a book because it keeps my interest level sky high. In my opinion, Milk in My Coffee was way too predictable. But Cheaters was really an attention keeper. Great job Eric!

Summary: Cheaters
Review: This is an excellent book, well written, fast paced, serious and funny. The characters, all living on the edge, have both individuality and depth. Relationships are not easy. The author, Eric Jerome Dickey, was able to focus on each character's interpersonal struggle while beautifully balancing their positive and negative qualities. Cheaters is not "they all lived happily everafter", but neither is life. I highly recommend this book.

Review: I TRULY BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE WHO READS THIS BOOK WILL BE ABLE TO RELATE TO IT SOME FORM OR FASHION. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE READ IN A LONG LONG TIME. Summary: Cheater's Review
Review: Eric Jerome Dickey's book has entered my must read list. I picked the book up and didn't want to put it down; however I do have a job so it took me 2 days to read it. It was suspenseful. The characters and their situations were like a soap opera that kept you returning to find out what happened next. My recommendation is to read this book. I have also read his new release Liar's Game which is also very good. So grab a copy and get ready for a good time.

Summary: A Great Find
Review: This book was OFF-THE-HOOK!!! This was the first book that I'd read of Mr.Dickey's and it was hard to put down (I hated for it to end). His writing style just pulled you right into the story and enabled you visualize the characters and situations as they were ocurring, plus there was an equal balance of seriousness and humor. If you are looking for a good read, I highly suggest this one; than proceed to add it and all of the others that he's written to your book collection (you may find them so good that you'll want to read them again). Gotta go--Milk In My Coffee is waitin'.

Summary: Can't get enough of E.J.D.
Review: After reading Eric Jerome Dickey's book, Cheaters, I must admit that I can't get enough of his stories!!! I was immediately hooked from the first page to the last, so much so, that I took the book everywhere with me!! E.J.D. creates a scenerio where you can truly identify with one or all of his characters. I laughed, got angry, and was in suspense throughout the entire novel. I completed the book in 2 days and hurried to the library so that I could start on another one of his dynamic novels. This man can truly breathe the breath of life in each and every character, and am waiting for the day that one of his best sellers will hit the movie screen. Keep up the good work because, I just can't get enough of E.J.D.!!!!

Summary: Realllllll, Funny, Honest
Review: I just wanted to tell you that I finished Cheaters in only a few days because it was soo good and soo real! The first day I started to read the book on my train ride to work another lady was ready, Sister, Sister. She told me that all of Dickey's books were excellent. When I told her my 15 min train ride was all of the time I had to dedicate, she told me I would find time to read the book because it was sooo good. Low and behold, she was right! I can still laugh right now as I reflect on the book. I just picked up Sister, Sister for myself so I will post my review in about a day or so, I'm sure

It provides a background to the male struggle with intimacy and how relationships are oh so much more than just about love. Cheaters shows how love/ sex starts, the journey it takes (often a meandering path) and how it can end, grow, pause and sometimes even lead to fulfillment and self knowledge. A man writing about men. Their side of the story. Exiciting innovative and credible!
