Rating: Summary: The Best Series I've Ever Read... Review: I really enjoyed this book. After being widowed for 2 years Kitty (Luke & Honey's daughter) decides she needs to leave the Triple M in order to move on with her life & decides to go to New York. She makes a stop at Beth & Jake's for a night & it just happened to be a night they were having a dinner party. At the party she meets Jonathan Fraser who asks her to be a nanny to his grandkids until he can find a new one. She accepts & when she arrives at the house she officially meets Jared Fraser. Kitty & the twins make this book awesome. The twins in this book will give you many laughs with the pranks that they pull. Jared wasn't the most likable character & I didn't like the way he went about trying to convince Kitty that she wanted him. They had only had 1 or 2 intimate moments until about page 300 so if you are looking for the hot & steamy romance book then I wouldn't recommend this one but for anybody else that is following this series then this is a really good book. This is the best series I've ever read & there is still a couple more to come so be sure you don't miss the MacKenzies. In order to date:
Luke
Flint
Cleve
David
Peter
Jake
Josh
Zach
Jared
Rating: Summary: Wonderful! Delightful! I smiled a lot.. Review: The storyline is great and the characters are rich, likeable and enjoyable. But this book separates itself from other "westerns" with the humor. The twins Becky and Jenny(and their dolls bibbie and bonnie) are a riot. The stuff they do to their governesses is histerical yet believable. You want to reach out and hug them. Maybe being a grandma makes it more real for me but I just loved them. They fit well into the story. In fact the storyline works around them. Jared's growth from the sour, self centered soldier to the tender doting daddy and the evolution of his romance with kitty warms the heart. And Kitty is the spunkiest heroine you'll see. A real MacKenzie gal......This book was much more enjoyable than I expected.

Rating: Summary: Another MacKenzie favorite Review: This book is about Kathleen "Kitty" MacKenzie Drummond, the baby cousin of the MacKenzie clan and Luke's daughter. She wants to get away from the ranch to heal after her husband untimely death from a heart illness 3 years before, and applies for a job as a nanny in Dallas to a set mischievious twins, who take it upon themselves to either drive her away or set her up with their down-on-his-luck father, Jared. I didn't like Jared in the beginning, but he grew on me and I was rooting for him near the end. I love the MacKenzies!

Rating: Summary: Kitty finds an Army man Review: This is the first one of the MacKenzie books I have read and it won't be the last. This is the romance of Kitty MaKenzie and Jared Fraser. They don't' start out to well as she is mistakenly in his seat on the train and a rude encounter ensues. Kitty is going to visit relatives in the Dallas area, as she needs a change. Her husband has been dead for a while now but she seems to be in the same rut. At the same time Jared it returning home after being wounded in the Army. He is returning home to twin daughters that can't seem to keep a Governess for more than a week or so. One thing leads to another and Jared's father employs Kitty, and the fun begins. First off the girls don't think they need a Governess and want to be rid of Kitty by being pranksters. I liked the development of the characters and their strong family values and the struggles that this presents.

Rating: Summary: The MacKenzie Saga Continues On Review: with Kitty's story. Kathleen "Kitty" MacKenzie is the daughter of eldest Mackenzie brother Luke. Kitty has been widowed for 2 years, and realizes she will never get on with her life as long as she stays on her family's ranch. So she heads to Dallas and lands (literally) in the lap of Jared Frasier. Captain Jared Frasier is returning home from the army. Wounded and scarred, not only physically, but mentally, Jared is leary of everyone around him, and Kitty is no exception, but he is in desperate need of a Nanny for his twin daughters. Jared gets more then he bargained for in the head strong beautiful Kitty. He cannot help but be drawn to this woman, and his twin daughters decide that Kitty is just what their father and they, all need in their lives. The chemistry between Kitty and Jared sizzles right from the start. There are some hilarious moments in this story that will leave you chuckling long after turning the page. I have enjoyed all the MacKenzies, but this was one of the more memorable stories in the series. A must read for fans of this great saga!
