Summary: Page Turner! Scary and Romance too!
Review: This is my 1st Sharon Sala book and I enjoyed it. The characters were good and the story sound - I don't know if I am just bright or the killer was pretty obvious - either way it was worth being read!

Summary: THIS BOOK IS THE BEST I HAVE READ!
Review: This is my first book to read by Sharon Sala. She is a very talented writer and presents her writings in such a fashion that allows a vidid mental image. Though in some pages very depictic on grusome crimes, it is a very well written book.

I noticed this book because it was on the USA TODAY's top list. Since this is her latest novel, I will go and get the past and give them a try since this was a very great book.

Summary: Breathtaking, surprising, beautiful!
Review: This is the first book I have read by Sharon Sala and it definitely won't be the last! This book is full of life and DEATH! Caitlin Bennett, the main character, is being sent threatening letters and women around her are eing killed that look like her. Soon she realizes that she is the target and the one person who can save her is the one person she can't stand. But as nature takes its course... Wonderful, don't miss it!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Intriguing but not mesmerizing
Review: This was a good book and a definite page turner. Sharon Sala set up a nice mix of possible stalkers/killers in "Snowfall". I enjoyed it, but wasn't engrossed by it. I was able to put the book down for a week before feeling compelled to finish it.

Summary: Great suspense, but romance falls short...
Review: This was a very good story, but the romance got in the way. I am a diehard romance reader and thought that a romance/suspense would whet my appetite, but this story didn't do the job that well. The suspense was awesome and does keep you guessing till the end but the somewhat 'corny' romance got in the way of an excellent plot of a woman being terrorized by a crazed stalker...

~An unusually snowy December in Manhattan keeps most of the city's dwellers inside the comforts of their cozy apartments, but not the man who wants a bestselling mystery author dead. He prowls the streets, anxiously waiting or his moment to catch her alone. To show her how much he hates her. How much she has ruined hs life. Becoming frustrated with his waiting game, he begins to kill 'substitutes' of her until he can get his hands on her.

Caitlin Bennett, bestselling mystery author writes her next novel in ernest amid the chaos below while safely tucked away in her highrise luxury apartment. She is afraid for she has been recieving deranged letters from a crazed fan for almost 6 months, but the latest one bears a grim warning, she needs to tell the police before he finds her.
A horrible event forces her to hire an ex-cop, 'Mac' McKee, her best friend's brother and her personal antagonist for the past years as her personal bodyguard.
With his protection she begins to feel safe once again, but when two more victims are found brutally murdered, each bearing a unique resemblance to Caitlin, they realize that SHE is the ultimate target and the crazed killer is now coming to claim his final victim!
Can Mac save Caitlin from the man who despises her? Will he lose his heart to her in the process? A true thriller that will keep you guessing and the end is a shock...

I liked Caitlin, she was strong and witty, but Mac needs some work. He didn't hold my interest and his character wasn't developed well enough for me to believe his affection for her. The romance between the two was bland and kind of 'corny'. Too much 'mush' when there should've been resistence between them. I say this because throughout the beginning, we are led to believe that these two irritate one another and are attracted to each other at the same time. But what we get is 'mush' right off the bat with little to no dispute.
--Note, Sharon Sala is also known as Dinah McCall, her pseudonym. Under McCall she writes other suspense/romance.
