Rating: Summary: Scary, Romantic, but not perfect. Review: I read books by Sharon Sala many years ago. Then she disappeared from the local book shelves. Having recently redicovered her books, I am having a ball! "Snowfall" is romantic and scary, both trademarks of Sala. There are some cliches, also Sala trademarks. However, the story line makes me want to forgive her minor faults. The stalking and rescue of the heiress is good reading. The heroine is not a wimp. Of course, neither is the hero. The villian is suitably creepy. All in all, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Rating: Summary: Page Turner! Scary and Romance too! Review: I really liked this story. I espcially liked it because it didn't take any time at all to get into. It was fast paced and kept my interest. I read it in 2 afternoons while getting over an illness. I loved the tension between Caitlin and Mac and was routing for them all through the novel. I did guess who the killer was 3/4 through, but it didn't matter. I still wanted to know what was going to happen. I can't wait to read more books by this author.
Rating: Summary: A thrilling romantic suspense novel Review: Popular mystery writer Caitlin Bennett enjoys her life except for the nasty notes from a so-called fan. Caitlin initially writes them off as nothing to fear as some nut is upset with something C.D. Bennett did in a novel. As the letters keep coming and the tone turns angrier, Caitlin begins to worry that perhaps she has a danger stalker after her. After meeting with her publisher, an unknown assailant shoves Caitlin into ongoing traffic. Only perhaps the lack of speed on Manhattan's streets saves her life though she is injured. Her publisher arranges for his stepbrother Connor "Mac" McKee to provide personal protection of his client. Mac moves into Caitlin's home, but soon learns how dangerous her stalker-fan is when corpses with an eerie resemblance to Caitlin surface. Only her now cherished Mac may keep his precious safe, but she doubts even he can do this from a deadly serial killer targeting her as the final bulls-eye. SNOWFALL is a thrilling romantic suspense novel that keeps chills on the reader's body even with the heat emanating from the lead couple sharing her apartment. The story line is terse as the culprit moves closer to the prey and Caitlin and Mac fall in love. The starring protagonists obtain reader empathy especially when Mac feels helpless and Caitlin feels doomed. Sharon Sala furbishes a winning tale because the duo is a delightfully realistic combo with an authentic threat hanging over their heads. Harriet Klausner
Rating: Summary: A thrilling story by one of my favorite writers Review: Snowfall by one of my favorite writers, Sharon Sala is a compelling page turner. A book I could not put down until after I finished the book. Safe atop her fancy apartment in Manhattan, bestselling mystery writer Catlin Bennett shivers in fear, as she tightly clutches the latest in a string of notes from a deranged "Fan." Unable to endure the growing terror building inside her alone, Catlin decides to hire a bodyguard. Snowfall is a thrilling story I know you will enjoy!
Rating: Summary: A Super Suspense Thriller by Sharon Sala Review: Snowfall by talented writer Sharon Sala is a super suspense thriller that will hook the reader in from the first page. It's Demember in Manhattan. Falling snow covers the city and the body of a murdered woman that bears a special message from the killer. Could Caitlin Bennett a famous mystery writer be the next victim? A Book You Won't Want To Miss!
Rating: Summary: Huh? Review: This book was a quick read (I skipped most of the the long drawn long, drawn out predictable "romance") and somehow I decided to keep going. Then, I was surprised by the complex ending that finally was worth it. I wish the author would have concentrated or given more clues to the outcome, making it a good mystery rather than a "love-story."
Rating: Summary: excellant Sharon Sala book Review: This is a fast-paced mystery laced with Sharon Sala's usual strong characters. The love story complements the mystery very effectively -- I read it in one sitting and was sorry to see it end.
Rating: Summary: Good mystery, lacks good romance Review: This is a romantic suspense that had a good mystery but the romance part didn't gel for me. It's about a wealthy female author who gets threatening mail and ends up with a bodyguard, Mac, to keep her safe. The history of their relationship was never really divulged in great enough detail. I kept feeling like they knew more than I did. If Caitlin cried one more tme in the book, I thought I'd scream! However, while it was fairly obvious who the killer was and the reader could see the set up at the end, there was a good twist that redeemed it.
