Rating: Summary: Never Disappointed!!! Review: I am a loyal Carl Weber fan. I have not been disappointed by any of his work and I have to say that this book is no different. I started reading this book on a Friday evening and was finished by Saturday evening. There was drama throughout the whole book. Mr.Weber you did again. I cannot wait until your next book!!!
Rating: Summary: carl weber fan Review: Very good book, read it in one day. He hasn't let me down yet!
Rating: Summary: Player Haters was the bomb!!! Review: Player Haters was by far one of Carl's best and most intense books! The characters: Trent(A brotha women will love and hate at the same time), Will(From Married Men), Melanie, and Mimi(Watch out!)...these characters were truly great and well developed. This was a top notch, great, off the hook read! Carl just keeps putting out hit after hit after hit. You will trip off of the drama and craziness in this book.My hats off to the Literary Prince of Drama!!!
Rating: Summary: He gets crazier and crazier with every book!!! Review: Carl Weber has either got to be living a crazy life or his friends are for him to come up with this stuff!!! Player Haters was another page turner filled with laughter. We once again get to visit the life of Wil, our friend from Weber's novel, Married Men. But this time we get to meet his player of a brother, Trent and their sister, Melanie. These three siblings have more in common than just their last name - they also have lives filled with DRAMA!!! Mr. Weber really outdid himself with this one - especially with the ending. This is a must-read for anyone that enjoys a great, fast paced read.
Rating: Summary: Relationship Drama Galore Review: With Carl Weber's PLAYER HATERS, the drama begins on page one and literally doesn't stop until the final sentence. Warning: Get ready for a energy-laced, outrageous ride that details the adventures of two brothers and their sister. Trent, Trent, Trent, is the ultimate player that takes scandal to a new level in this book. He's a babe-magnet and takes full advantage of his player skills. His brother Wil is having marital problems with Diane; maybe Wil's new temp Mimi can relieve some of his bedroom anxieties, and Melanie, the sister, has troubles of her own to deal with including developing a relationship with an irresistible new man, and trying to decipher the behavior of her flaky acting roommate Desiree. There's wild plot changes, pretty much, with each chapter. Just when you think the action can't get any more zany, something else goes down to make you shake your head. Although the scenes appear outrageous, if you're honest you know that somewhere out there, people like this do exist in real life. My favorite part of this book, the thing that makes it the most worthwhile, is the climatic ending. The final scene may cause you to burst out laughing so loudly that you won't care if anyone hears you. PLAYERS HATERS is a must-read, with an unforgettable ending, and is brimming with enough male/female drama to keep you turning the pages.
Rating: Summary: DRAMA! DRAMA! DRAMA! DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!! Review: I like Carl Weber's books I have to admit so I may be bias (Married Men is my favorite) but with Player Haters he's taken it to the next level. First there's Trent. The dog you love to hate. He's got more tricks than a magician and tongue slipperier than a snake. Trust me, we all know him. Then there's sweet lovable Wil. (I love him because he likes a big woman like myself. Plus he was in Married Men) Wil's got problems, beyond problems but I won't give away the story. (Just watch out if your man gets a secretary named MIMI) then there is Melanie. This girl can't see a good thing when it's standing in front of her. She's found her prince and I mean that literally. I wish I could give this book 10 stars because it was that good. Don't plan on going to bed early if you start this one. Cause you won't be able to put it down.
Rating: Summary: Couldnt put it down! Review: Carl Weber is without a doubt my favorite author. Everytime I buy one of his books, I'm never unsatisfied. The book kept my interest from beginning to end, and I cant wait for his next book to come out!
Rating: Summary: Grabs you from the first chapter till the end! Review: Carl Weber showed out! He really knows how to dramatize a story. I read this book in 2 days. I don't want to give the book away because this is the kind of book you don't want to know about so you can enjoy all of the surprises. Everything about the story was good. It is kind of about trouble in the lives of Wil, Trent, and Melanie who are all related. Its just drama, like in Baby Momma Drama. Carl has a hell of a mind. I love his writing style. Read it for yourself. You definitely won't be disappointed.
Rating: Summary: Amazing to say the least... Review: This book was amazing from begining to end. He has a way with words that not many authors have. For example, the part where he had us believing that Wil and Mimi were having sex, when actually she was playing with her vibrator. If thats not talent I dont know what is. Im looking foward to reading more of his novels.
